24News-ին տված հարցազրույցում ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը երկու ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է արել, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել առավել խորքային հարթության վրա: Դեսպանը, մասնավորապես, հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին ռուս սահմանապահների դիտակետերը տեղադրվել են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական խնդրանքով։  «Չեմ նշի անգամ մեր դիտորդական կետերի տեղակայումը, որոնք վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական խնդրանքով Ռուսաստանի հաշվին տեղադրվել են Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի երկայնքով, որպեսզի օգնեն կայունացնել իրավիճակը 2020 թվականին»,- նշել է նա: Կոպիրկինի խոսքով` հայկական կողմը երբեք չի որոշել օրինականացնել ռուսական դիտակետերի տեղակայումը։

Ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով ինքն է խնդրել ռուսական կողմին՝ իր իսկ հաշվին ապահովել հայ-ռուսական սահմանի պաշտպանությունը, այսօր հայտարարում է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները չեն կատարում իրենց առջև դրված պարտականությունները: Ավելին՝ նա նախընտրելի է համարել ռեալ անվտանգային երաշխիքները փոխարինել արևմտյան դիտորդներով, որոնք զինված են միայն հեռադիտակով և սահմանին տեղակայվելուց հետո որևէ անգամ ի վիճակի չեն եղել կանխելու ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան: Ավելին՝  Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դիտորդական առաքելությունը նախորդ տարի հերքել էր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տարածած այն հաղորդագրությունը, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժայի ուղղությամբ պարեկություն իրականացնող ԵՄ դիտորդների և նրանց պատկանող ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ: «Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության առաքելության ոչ մի պարեկ կրակոցի թիրախ չի դարձել։ Մենք պարեկություն ենք իրականացնում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի մոտակայքում և զեկուցում ենք Բրյուսելին ռազմական զարգացումների, ներառյալ մեր պատասխանատվության գոտում կրակոցների դեպքերի մասին»,- ասված էր ԵՄ առաքելության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։

Դեսպանի հաջորդ կարևոր շեշտադրումը վերաբերվում էր՝ Արցախ հայ բնակչության վերադառնալու անհրաժեշտությանը: «Մենք միշտ կարծել ենք և այդ մասին հրապարակավ ասել` կարևոր է, որպեսզի հայերն ապրեն իրենց պատմական հայրենիքում` Ղարաբաղում։ Դրանով է պայմանավորված այնտեղ ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը։ Ինձ համար դա ապացույցն է այն բանի, որ այդ հարցը չի հանվում։ Ղարաբաղի այն հայերը, որոնք ցանկանում են վերադառնալ, ունեն դրա իրավունքը»,– ասել է դեսպանը։ Կարևոր է ընդգծել, որ Արևմուտքը մինչ այս պահը արցախահայությանը նման մեսիջներ չի հղել՝ առավելապես մտահոգված լինելով ադրբեջանցի «փախստականների Արցախ վերադարձով և այդ հարցում Բաքվին ցուցաբերվող օգնությամբ»:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հարցազրույցից հետո ՌԴ դեսպանի հարցազրույցը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես երկրորդ մեսիջը Փաշինյանին, ակնհայտ է, որ ռուսական կողմը դեռևս դիվանագիտական մակարդակում քաղաքական խոհեմություն ցուցաբերելու կոչ է հղում ՀՀ իշխանություններին և ի ցույց դնում համագործակցելու իր պատրաստակամությունը:
