Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցության ղեկավար Տիգրան Խզմալյանը աչքի է ընկել հերթական հակառուսական գրառմամբ, սակայն այս դեպքում այնքան է տարվել, որ ՌԴ-ում բնակվող հայերին ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս՝ ահաբեկիչ դառնալու և ահաբեկչական ակտեր իրականացնելու կոչ է անում:

Փաստորեն, Եվրոպական կուսակցության ատելությունը ՌԴ–ի հանդեպ և Արևմուտքի սիրտը շահելու ցանկությունն այնքան մեծ է, որ նա պատրաստ է «փուռը» տալ անգամ սեփական հայրենակիցներին: Հարց է առաջանում՝ ի՞նչ նպատակներ է հետապնդում և ո՞ւմ շահերն է սպասարկում մոլի արևմտամետ Խզմալյանը՝ ահաբեկչությունն արդարացնելով, ահաբեկչության կոչեր անելով, նման էժանագին պրովոկացիա կազմակերպելով և փաստացի՝ թշնամու ասեղը թելելով: 

Հասկանո՞ւմ է արդյոք Խզմալյանը, որ այս քայլով ՌԴ իրավապահների և շարքային ռուսների հավելյալ ուշադրությունն է հրավիրելու այդ երկրում ապրող միլիոնավոր հայերի հանդեպ՝ լարելով ազգամիջյան հարաբերությունները: Հասկանո՞ւմ է արդյոք, որ իր գրառումը ոչնչով չի տարբերվում՝ «Дождь» հեռուստաալիքի եթերում հայերին ահաբեկչության մեջ մեղադրող ադրբեջանցու մանիպուլյատիվ հայտարարություններից: Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ հասկանո՞ւմ է արդյոք Խզմալյանը, որ օրենքի ուժով պատժվող արարք է թույլ տվել: Դիցուք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին կետը սահմանում է, որ հրապարակայնորեն ահաբեկչությունն արդարացնելը կամ քարոզելը, որը զուգորդվել է ահաբեկչության մղելով, կամ սույն օրենսգրքի 308-րդ, 309-րդ, 310-րդ, 311-րդ, 312-րդ, 315-րդ, 316-րդ կամ 317-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցանքներ կատարելու հրապարակային կոչը, ինչպես նաեւ այդպիսի կոչ պարունակող նյութ կամ առարկա տարածելը՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ տասնապատիկից երեսնապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատության սահմանափակմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:

Ժողովրդավարական երկրներում նման գրառում կատարողն արդեն իսկ հայտնված կլիներ իրավապահ մարմինների թիրախում: Եվ եթե ՀՀ-ն իսկապես օրենքի երկիր է, ինչպես սիրում են պնդել իշխանությունները, ապա կոչ ենք հանում ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ ուշադրություն դարձնել Եվրոպական կուսակցության ղեկավարի այս պրովոկացիային՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ նման վարքագիծը  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի մի շարք կետերի բացահայտ խախտում է պարունակում:
