«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ 2024 թվականի հունվար ամսին ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող բանկերի ռեզիդենտներին տրված վարկերի, ավանդների, ֆակտորինգի, լիզինգի, ռեպո համաձայնագրերի ընդհանուր արժեքը հունվար ամսին կազմել է 3 մլրդ 353 մլն դրամ։

Մեկ ամսում 3 մլրդ դրամ գումարները օգտագործվել են գյուղատնտեսության, անտառային տնտեսության եւ ձկնորսության համար, անտառային տնտեսության եւ փայտամթերումների, հանքագործական արդյունաբերության եւ բացահանքերի շահագործման, մշակող արդյունաբերության, էլեկտրականության, գազի, գոլորշու եւ լավորակ օդի մատակարարման եւ այլ ծառայությունների համար։

Գարնանային հողագործական աշխատանքների բացվելուն պես գյուղատնտեսության եւ բուսաբուծության համար վարկերի շեմը կտրուկ բարձրանում է։ Օրինակ՝ 2023 թվականի մայիսին այն կազմել է 194 մլն 674 հազար դրամ։

ՀՀ-ում, ըստ Կենտրոնական բանկի, բուսաբուծության զարգացման համար 2024 թվականի հունվարին ձեւակերպվել է 37 մլն դրամ վարկ, իսկ անասնապահության զարգացման համար՝ 3 մլն 901 հազար դրամ։

Պետությունն ամեն տարի գյուղատնտեսությունը զարգացնող նոր նախագծեր է նախաձեռնում, սակայն ամեն տարի գյուղատնտեսները բախվում են ավելի ու ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների։

Տարեվերջին գյուղատնտեսների առաջ լճացում անունով պատ է ձեւավորվում, բերքը սակավ վաճառքի պատճառով նեխում է պահեստներում, իսկ պետությունից այդպես էլ ոչ մի արձագանք չեն ստանում։

Շատ հեռուն չգնանք․ հիշենք, որ գրեթե մեկ ամիս առաջ Մարտունի-Երեւան ավտոճանապարհը փակած գյուղատնտեսները բողոքում էին, որ կարտոֆիլը պատշաճ կերպով չի իրացվում Հայաստանում՝ մեղադրելով իշխանություններին, թե խոշոր խաղացողները կարտոֆիլ ներկրում են Հայաստան՝ անտեսելով սեփական շուկան։ Իշխանության «սրտի» օլիգարխները սեփական բիզնեսը առաջ տանելու համար անցել են գյուղացու կողմը։

Ինչեւէ, վարկով եւ հույսով ցանված բերքը հողում է, սակայն հողից դուրս բերքի ապագան անհայտ է՝ կա՛մ կնեխի, կա՛մ կվաճառվի որպես անասնակեր։

Իշխանությունը մարտունեցիների բողոքին արձագանք չտվեց, թեպետ մարզպետը, ըստ գյուղացիների, խոստումներ է տվել։ Ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր պետականաստեղծ աշխատանքի, այս դեպքում եւս իշխանությունը բացահայտ անտարբերություն է ցուցաբերում»:
