Երևանի ավագանու դերն ու կշիռը այդպես էլ չհասկացած քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հերթական խայտառակ որոշման նախագիծն է բերում առաջիկա նիստի օրակարգ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Երեւանի ավագանու անդամ Իզաբելլա Աբգարյանը:

«Ըստ իր կողմից առաջարկվող նախագծի՝ ավագանու խմբակցությունների ղեկավարները պետք է մեկ անգամ իրավունք ունենան նախքան քվեարկությունը 15 րոպե ընդմիջում վերցնել՝ ներկայիս երեք անգամվա փոխարեն:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ այդ ընդմիջումներն անհրաժեշտ են լինում, որ խմբակցությունները հստակեցնեն իրենց քվեարկությունը՝ անհրաժեշտ դեպքում փոխելով այն:

Նման անհրաժեշտություն կարող է առաջանալ տարբեր պատճառներով, ինչպես, օրինակ, հարց ու պատասխանի կամ ելույթների փուլում ի հայտ եկած նոր հանգամանքների առկայությամբ:

Գուցե «որոշումները գրպաններում» նիստի եկածների համար նման կարիք չի առաջանում, բայց ժողովրդավար աշխատելաոճ որդեգրած խմբակցությունների համար նորմալ է քվեարկությունից առաջ կարծիք փոխելը կամ խմբակցության անդամներից մեկի պահանջով նման փոփոխությունները քննարկելը:
