Գյումրիի Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնը «Կանանց տնտեսական զորեղացման աքսելերատոր» նախաձեռնության շրջանակում Շիրակում, Լոռիում, Արմավիրում և Երևանում մեկնարկում է «Նորարարական կրություն և բիզնեսի հիմնում» անվճար կրթական ծրագիրը՝ միայնակ մայրերի և ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված կանանց համար։

Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աջակցությամբ: 

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանն ընդգծեց՝ Գյումրիի տեղեկատավական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի և Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության միջև կա լավ համագործակցություն տարբեր ծրագերի շուրջ, որոնք վերաբերում են հատկապես զբաղվածության ծրագերերին: 

«Ուրախ ենք, որ այս տարի ՄԱԿ-ում կանանց կարգավիճակով տարեկան հանձնաժողովի շրջանակնում ունեցել ենք նաև հարակից միջոցառում, որի ժամանակ ներկայացրել ենք Գյումրիի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի հետ ունեցած համագործակցությունը, բոլոր այն նախագծերը, որոնք իրականացրել ենք: Տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով կանանց տնտեսական զորեղացումը առաջնահերթություն է նաև կառավարության համար՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նույն ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից Հայաստանը 2020 թվականին ընտրվել է «Սերունդների հավասարություն տեխնոլոգիների միջոցով» կանանց տնտեսական զորեղացում ֆորումի գործողությունների կուալիցիոն առաջնորդության երկիր, և մենք պետք է կարողանանք ցույց տալ, թե, օրինակ, մասնավորի հետ համագործակցությամբ ինչ ծրագրեր ենք կարողանում իրականացնել»,- ներկայացրեց նախարարը:  

Նա նշեց նաև, որ զբաղվածության ռազմավարության մշակումը վերջին փուլում է, և նմանատիպ նախագծերին աջակցելը, պիլոտային ծրագրերին օգնելը նախարարությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս հասկանալ՝ ռազմավարության հաստատումից հետո ինչպիսի ծրագեր են իրականացվելու: Այս համատեքստում նախարարությունը համագործակցում է մի շարք կենտրոնների հետ: 

«Նպատակ ունենք նման ծրագրերը պիլոտավորել, գնահատել արդյունքը, որից հետո դրանք ավելի մասշտաբային դարձնել: Կառավարությունը ցանակցած ծրագիր մեկնարկելուց առաջ ավելի փոքր շրջանակի համար է իրականացնում, հետո գնահատում ենք, հասկանում ենք՝ ինչպես աշխատեց, նոր մեծացնում ենք: Հենց սրա համար էլ նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունները այս համատեքստում կարևոր են»,- եզրափակեց Մկրտչյանը:  

«Նորարարական կրթություն և բիզնեսի հիմնում» ծրագրի նպատակը կանանց շրջանում զբաղվածության խթանումն է բիզնես և տեխնոլոգիական դասընթացների ու դրամաշնորհների միջոցով։

«Ծրագիրն ունի 3 հիմնական բաղադրիչ. արցախցի կանանց և միայնակ մայրերին զինել տեխնոլոգիական և բիզնեսի կառավարման հմտություններով, աջակցել վերջիններիս, որպեսզի իրենց բիզնես գաղափարը կյանքի կոչեն և, իհարկե, տրամադրել դրամաշնորհ, որի միջոցով կանայք կկարողանան ստեղծել և զարգացնել սեփական ծրագրերը»,- նշեց Գյումրիի Տեղեկատավական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Ամալյա Եղոյանը:
