Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գոռ Ծառուկյանն անդրադարձել է տարածվող լուրերին Երևանի դպրոցներում իբր ծրագրվող ահաբեկչական գործողությունների մասին՝ ենթադրելով, որ գործ ունենք համակարգված տեղեկատվական ահաբեկչության հետ։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Գոռ Ծառուկյանն ասաց, որ ապրիլի 11-ին, ժամը 23:00-ից արձանագրել են հայկական «Տելեգրամ» ալիքներին ուղարկվող անանուն հաղորդագրություններ իբրև Երևանի դպրոցներում ծրագրվող ահաբեկչական գործողությունների մասին։

«Հաղորդագրությունը տեղադրվել է «Армения Конец» (@ArmeniaEnd) անվամբ նույն օրը բացված օգտահաշվից և տարածվել է «Грант Джамбазян» անվամբ փակ օգտահաշվի կողմից։ Իրավապահ մարմիններն անմիջապես տեղեկացվել են տարածվող հաղորդագրության վերաբերյալ։ Բողոքարկումների արդյունքում տվյալ ալիքն արդեն արգելափակված է։ Հայկական «Տելեգրամ» ալիքները հիմնականում տուրք չեն տվել տեղեկատվական ահաբեկության հատկանիշներ ունեցող այս հաղորդագրությանը և չեն տարածել։ Հայկական տիրույթում միայն մեկ «Տելեգրամ» ալիքում ենք արձանագրել այդ հաղորդագրության տարածումը, որտեղից հաջողվել է հեռացնել այն։

Սակայն բովանդակությունը հասցրել է որոշակի տարածում գտնել։ Հատկանշական է, որ նույնաբովանդակ հաղորդագրություններ գրեթե նույնական տեքստերով և լուսանկարներով վերջին շրջանում տարածում են գտել նաև այլ երկրներում, ինչից կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ գործ ունենք համակարգված տեղեկատվական ահաբեկության հետ։

Տրամաբանական է, որ իրական ահաբեկչական գործողություն ծրագրողներն այդ մասին նախապես չեն տեղեկացնի։ Իհարկե, սա չի նշանակում, որ պետք չէ մեծացնել ուշադրությունը և հետևողական լինել՝ այդ թվում տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ։ Որևէ դեպքում նման տեղեկատվական ահաբեկություններից պետք չէ խուճապի մատնվել և պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ նման դրսևորումները կարող են կրկնվել»,- ասել է Ծառուկյանը։

Դպրոցներում իբր ահաբեկչություն ծրագրելու լուրերին անդրադարձել է նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նախարարությունից նշել էին, որ դպրոցներում բնականոն դասապրոցեսի կազմակերպման առումով անհանգստանալու հիմքեր չկան․ «Տելեգրամ» ալիքներով տարածվող տեղեկատվությանը, թե իբր Հայաստանի դպրոցներում ահաբեկչություն է նախապատրաստվում, ուսումնասիրվում է իրավապահների կողմից:
