Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն ապրիլի 16-ին Միջազգային հանրապետական ինսիտուտի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կողմից կազմակերպված «Կին առաջնորդների թիրախավորումն առցանց հարթակներում» թեմայով պանելային քննարկմանը հանդես է եկել հիմնական ելույթով:

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են պետական տարբեր գերատեսչություններում ղեկավար պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող կին պաշտոնյաներ, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր հատվածի և ակադեմիական շրջանակի ներկայացուցիչներ: 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը նշել է, որ անհնար է ունենալ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ համակարգ առանց հանրային համերաշխության, իսկ հանրային համերաշխության տեսանկյունից բացառիկ կարևորություն ունի իրավահավասարության և հանդուրժողականության երաշխավորումը։ Այս համատեքստում Պաշտպանն ընդգծել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է լուրջ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել կրթական համակարգի բարեփոխման ուղղությամբ, քանի որ հենց կրթական համակարգի միջոցով են շատ հաճախ փոխանցվում կարծրատիպային մոտեցումները, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերելի ժամանակակից միտումներին։ 

«Ցավոք, անհանդուրժողականությունն առկա է հասարակական կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Սա հանգեցնում է տարատեսակ բացասական երևույթների, այդ թվում՝ կանանց թիրախավորման։ Սեռով պայմանավորված կանանց թիրախավորումը տարածված է հասարակական բոլոր մակարդականերում: Հանրային գործունեությամբ զբաղվող կանայք առավել շատ են ենթարկվում առցանց հարձակումների ու դառնում ատելության խոսքի, այդ թվում՝ առցանց ատելության խոսքի թիրախ՝ պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքով, որ վերջիններս գտնվում են հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Այս առումով առավել խոցելի են հատկապես հանրային գործունեություն իրականացնող այն կանայք, ովքեր իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալում են իրավահավասարության, խոցելի խմբերի իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում կամ բարձրացնում են իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված հարցեր, որոնք կոնկրետ հասարակական միջավայրում պոպուլյար չեն։

Ընդ որում, հանրային կյանքում առավել հաճախ թիրախավորվում են կանայք, քան տղամարդիկ: Մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծում եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է երաշխավորել կանանց և տղամարդկանց իրավահավասարությունը, հաղթահարել գոյություն ունեցող կարծրատիպերը, ձևավորել կնոջ դերի առնչությամբ պատշաճ ընկալում, ինչպես նաև խթանել հասարակական և քաղաքական կյանքում կանանց ներուժը»,- ասել է Պաշտպանը։ 

Ավարտելով ելույթը՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը շեշտել է, որ յուրաքանչյուրս մեր օրինակով պետք է նպաստի համերաշխ հասարակական միջավայրի ձևավորմանը, կանանց հնարավորությունների ամրապնդմանն ու նրանց իրավունքների խթանմանը՝ ոչ միայն բացառելով թիրախավորում ենթադրող որևէ վարքագիծ, այլ նաև հակազդելով նման ցանկացած դրսևորմանը։

Պանելային քննարկումը կազմակերպվել էր Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի կողմից՝ Ժողովրդավարության ազգային հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ և Միջազգային մասնավոր ձեռնարկատիրության կենտրոնի հետ համագործակցությամբ:
