«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․«Ապրիլի 15-ին հանրային տրանսպորտում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը՝ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հակոբ Ասլանյանի եւ քաղաքացի Սամվել Վարդանյանի միջեւ, ակնհայտ դարձավ քաղաքական հետապնդման գործիք։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հարցմամբ դիմեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ խնդրելով գնահատական տալ կատարված խայտառակ աննախադեպ բռնությանը եւ սեռական նսեմացման դեպքին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ քննչական ծառայությունից ՁՊՎ տեղափոխելու ճանապարհին, ամբողջությամբ սեւ հագած դիմակավորված անձինք ոստիկանական մեքենայից դուրս էին հանել Սամվել Վարդանյանին, տարել էին մի քանի մետր այն կողմ՝ խոտերի մեջ, չոքեցրել, գլուխը խփել գետնին (ըստ երեւույթին՝ նրա ճակատի ուռածությունը հենց այդ դեպքի հետեւանքն էր) ու սկսել էին ձեռքերով հարվածել։ Այդ ամբողջ գործընթացը ուղեկցվել էր սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներով, վերջին խոսքերով։

Ընդ որում, ծեծողները պահանջել էին Սամվելից, որ կրկնի իր նկատմամբ հնչեցրած սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքները, վերջում թքել էին նրա վրա։ Այնուհետեւ, նրան՝ չոքած վիճակում, ձեռքերը՝ հետեւի կողմից ձեռնաշղթայված, տաբատը իջեցրել էին, փայտը կամ «դուբինկան» դեմոնստրատիվ պահել ոտքերի արանքում՝ այդպիսով ցանկանալով ինչ-որ բան ցուցադրել, սպառնալ կամ վախեցնել։

Ժողովրդավարությունը որպես թիվ մեկ «բրենդ» հռչակած կառավարության ղեկավար, ի՞նչ գնահատական ունեք այս երեւույթին եւ ինչ քայլեր եք ձեռնարկել այս անպատժելիության առիթով:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի այս հարցին, սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, խուսափել է պատասխանելուց եւ հանձնարարել է այն հասցեագրել դեպքի փաստացի հանցակից ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությանը։

ՆԳՆ-ից մեզ պատասխանել են, որ ներքին անվտանգության եւ հակակոռուպցիոն վարչությունում իրականացվում է ծառայողական քննություն։
Հավելել են. «Արդյունքների մասին կհայտնվի լրացուցիչ»։

Ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմում ոչ միայն հարցերի բովանդակությունը չեն կարդում, այլեւ խմբային խուսափում են գնահատական տալուց իրենց իշխանության օրոք տեղի ունեցած խայտառակ բռնությունների կոնկրետ դեպքին»:
