Քարահունջ գյուղում ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու գործով մեղադրյալ, կալանքի տակ գտնվող վարչական ղեկավար Լուսինե Ավետյանը ազատ է արձակվել. 1lurer.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

«Պաշտպանության կողմի միջնորդության քննարկման արդյունքում դատախազի որոշմամբ փոխվել է խափանման միջոցը՝ գրավով։ Որպես գրավի առարկա է կիրառվել միջնորդությանը կից ներկայացված անշարժ գույքը։

Հաշվի է առնվել նրա կողմից ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք տալու, քննությանը և հանցագործության բացահայտմանն օժանդակելու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև այն, որ քննության տվյալ փուլում նվազել է դատավարության մասնակիցների նկատմամբ ապօրինի ազդեցության գործադրմամբ քննությանը խոչընդոտելու ռիսկը, և գրավի կիրառումը բավարար է ազատության մեջ մնալով մեղադրյալի պատշաճ վարքագիծը երաշխավորելու համար»,- տեղեկացրեց Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը կալանավորվել էր հուլիսի 8-ին: Ըստ քրեական գործի նյութեր, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նա, օգտագործելով Քարահունջ բնակավայրի չորս բնակիչներին 2021 թվականի մայիս ամսվա ընթացքում բանկային փոխանցման միջոցով «Դրամական աջակցություն» անվան տակ 100.000-220.000 ՀՀ դրամ տրամադրելու հանգամանքը, նրանց հարկադրել է մասնակցել ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների կապակցությամբ 2021 թվականի հունիսի 8-ին Գորիս քաղաքում «Հայաստան» դաշինքի կողմից կազմակերպվելիք քարոզարշավին, ինչպես նաև խոչընդոտել է վերջիններիս ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը` հարկադրելով մասնակցել ընտրություններին և կողմ քվեարկել հիշյալ դաշինքի օգտին:

Բացի դրանից, Ավետիսյանը սոցիալական և առողջական խնդիրների կապակցությամբ ֆինանսական աջակցություն տրամադրելու եղանակով, 2021 թվականի մայիսի 6-ին Քարահունջ բնակավայրի մեկ այլ բնակչի բանկային եղանակով փոխանցել է 100.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ապա` ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների նշանակման օրվանից հետո, տրամադրված գումարը հիշյալ ընտրողին և նրա ամուսնուն ներկայացրել է որպես ընտրակաշառք՝ հարկադրելով մասնակցել ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների կապակցությամբ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի կողմից 2021 թ. հունիսի 7-ին Գորիս քաղաքում կազմակերպվելիք քարոզարշավին, ինչպես նաև հարկադրելով մասնակցել նշված ընտրություններին և կողմ քվեարկել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին:
