Հուլիսի կեսերին Արևմտյան Եվրոպայում ջրհեղեղների պատճառ դարձած հորդառատ անձրևները, ըստ երևույթին, առաջացել են կլիմայի գլոբալ փոփոխության պատճառով, ասում են World Weather Attribution հետազոտական ​​խմբի գիտնականները:
