«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Օրերս մամուլում տեղեկատվություն տարածվեց, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի փեսայի՝ Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանի նկատմամբ հետախուզումը հանվել է, եւ նա այժմ ազատ է՝ մեկնելու այս կամ այն երկիր։

Հիշեցնենք․ նրա նկատմամբ դեռեւս 2020-ին քրեական հետապնդում էր սկսել Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն՝ ապօրինի հարստացման մեղադրանքով: Ապա Մինասյանի նկատմամբ հետախուզում էր հայտարարվել, եւ քանի որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները նրան չհանձնեցին ՀՀ իշխանություններին, նա մնաց Ռուսաստանում, սակայն չէր կարողանում հատել սահմանը եւ մեկնել որեւէ եվրոպական երկիր։ Եվ հիմա, ասում են, հետախուզումը հանվել է։ Օրերս էլ Մինասյանը կնոջ եւ երեխաների հետ Ինստագրամում լուսանկար էր հրապարակել Մոսկվայի Մեծ թատրոնի բակից։

Դատախազությունը մեր հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց, որ հետախուզումը Մինասյանի նկատմամբ չի դադարեցվել։ Այսինքն՝ հետախուզումը Հայաստանում չի հանվել, բայց այլեւս Ինտերպոլի կողմից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ չէ։ Նշանակում է՝ Հայաստան գալու դեպքում նա կձերբակալվի, սակայն կարող է աշխարհով մեկ շրջել: Եվ, մեր տեղեկություններով, նա արդեն Իտալիա է մեկնել ու ապրում է Հռոմի իր տանը: Այլ աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ հենց ՀՀ իշխանություններն են միջազգային հետախուզումը դադարեցրել, բայց «երեսները չի բռնում», որ պաշտոնապես հայտարարեն: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրը պնդում է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունը նաեւ «փրկագին» է ստացել Միքայել Մինասյանից` այս քայլի դիմաց»:
