Հունվարի 10-ին ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնում Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքի 43-ամյա մի բնակիչ հաղորդում էր տվել, որ կոտրել են Սպիտակ քաղաքի Ուզբեկական թաղամասում կայանված իր «Դեու Նեքսիա» մակնիշի մեքենայի դռան ապակին և սրահից գողացել պայուսակ, որի մեջ 11 հազար ռուբլի, 22 հազար դրամ, բանկային քարտ, այֆոն բջջային հեռախոս, ավտոմեքենայի պահեստային բանալի, ինչպես նաև եղբոր ՀՀ անձնագիրն ու ՌԴ փաստաթղթերն էին:

Դեպքի վայր էր մեկնել բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը: Ձեռնարկվել էին անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ, սակայն հանցագործությունը թարմ հետքերով բացահայտել չէր հաջողվել: Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկած գործողություններն արդյունք տվեցին մեկ շաբաթ անց:

Հունվարի 17-ին ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման բաժանմունքի ծառայողների բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ բաժին եկավ 9-րդ դասարանցի մի տղա: Նա հայտնեց, որ գողությունն արել էին գրեթե հասակակից չորս ընկերներով: Փողը հավասար բաժանել էին, փաստաթղթերը և բանկային քարտը` պատռել, իսկ բջջային հեռախոսը կոտրել և պայուսակի հետ նետել էին աղբարկղը:
Նախաքննությամբ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են՝ նշում է Ոստիկանությունը։
