Եղանակի փոփոխության պատճառով հոդացավը կարող է կապված լինել բարոմետրիկ կամ մթնոլորտային ճնշման փոփոխության հետ, բացատրել է Ֆոմինա կլինիկայի ռևմատոլոգ Վալերիա Կորոլը: Նա Gazeta.Ru-ին պատմել է, թե ինչու են հոդերը ցավում եղանակի փոփոխության ժամանակ։

«Հոդացավերի առաջացման ճշգրիտ մեխանիզմները, երբ եղանակային պայմանները փոխվում են, դեռ լիովին պարզված չեն: Ենթադրվում է, որ այնպիսի գործոններ, ինչպիսիք են օդի ջերմաստիճանը, մթնոլորտային ճնշման և խոնավության փոփոխությունները, կարող են անհարմարություն առաջացնել»,- ասում է Կորոլը:

Փորձագետները համաձայն են, որ ավելի շատ հետազոտություններ են անհրաժեշտ՝ պարզելու համար, թե եղանակը ինչպես կարող է կապված լինել արթրիտի ախտանիշների հետ, կամ ինչու է այն ազդում որոշ հիվանդների վրա ավելի շատ, քան մյուսների վրա:

Որոշ տեսություններ ենթադրում են, որ արթրիտի ցավի աճը պայմանավորված է բարոմետրիկ ճնշման փոփոխություններով, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել ջլերի և մկանների ընդլայնմանը կամ կծկմանը և մեծացնել ճնշումը նյարդերի վերջավորությունների վրա: «Բարոմետրիկ ճնշման փոփոխությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում եղանակի փոփոխության ժամանակ, կարող են առաջացնել հոդերի ճնշման փոփոխություններ, ինչը կարող է նյարդերի վերջավորությունները դարձնել ավելի զգայուն և մեծացնել ցավը», - ասել է ռևմատոլոգը:

Նա ավելացրել է, որ կա նաև տեսություն, որ ցածր ջերմաստիճանը կարող է հանգեցնել սինովիալ հեղուկի մածուցիկության բարձրացման, ուստի ցուրտ եղանակին հիվանդները կարող են ավելի շատ հոդերի կոշտություն և ցավ զգալ:

«Շարժվելիս՝ սինովիալ հեղուկի քանակն ավելանում է, և արյան հոսքը դեպի հոդեր լավանում է։ Ցուրտ կամ անձրևոտ եղանակին հիվանդները հակված են ավելի քիչ ակտիվ լինել: Հոդերի շարժումների սահմանափակումը կրկին կարող է հանգեցնել սինովիլ հեղուկի քանակի նվազմանը, ինչը կարող է մեծացնել ցավը», - հոդացավը բացատրելու ևս մեկ տարբերակ է նշել մասնագետը:

Ի վերջո, ցավը կարող է կապված լինել դեպրեսիայի հետ:

«Ցուրտ, ամպամած օրերը՝ արևի քիչ լույսով, կարող են բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ տրամադրության վրա, ինչը կարող է ազդել ցավի ընկալման վրա: Դեպրեսիայով կամ դեպրեսիվ ախտանշաններով մարդիկ ավելի հաճախ և ավելի ծանր են զգում ցավը, քան նրանք, ովքեր չեն տառապում դեպրեսիայից»,- եզրափակել է բժիշկը։
