Մոսկվան հրավիրված չէ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքներին` չնայած պայմանավորվածությանը, 2023 թվականին ռուսական դիվանագիտության արդյունքներին նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

«Մենք առաջարկել ենք մեր ծառայությունները, ավելին, կողմերը համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել, որ սահմանազատման հանձնաժողով են ստեղծում, որին ռուսական կողմը կմասնակցի՝ որպես խորհրդատու։ Սակայն մեզ այնտեղ չեն հրավիրում»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավար Շառլ Միշելը հայտարարել է, որ Եվրամիությունը կզբաղվի սահմանազատմամբ, թեև ոչ Հայաստանը, ոչ էլ Ադրբեջանը երբևէ չեն եղել միության մաս ԵՄ ներկայիս տարածքում։ Ուստի Եվրամիությունը ոչ մի քարտեզ չի կարող ունենալ։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ունի քարտեզներ, և դա հարմար է կողմերին, բայց ոչ ԵՄ-ին և ԱՄՆ-ին։

«Ինչ-որ կերպ պարզվել է, որ նրանք ունեն ԽՍՀՄ Գլխավոր շտաբի քարտեզներ, և դրա համար ասում են՝ ձեզ ռուսները պետք չեն, մենք քարտեզներ ունենք: Մի փոքր տարօրինակ է՝ մեծահասակ են, բայց խաղում են «Ով է գլխավորը» խաղը, և ով կարող է իրենց համար լրացուցիչ միավորներ բերել միջազգային ասպարեզում»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Նա հայտարարել է, թե «ցավալի է, որ արևմտյան եսասիրական շահերը խանգարում են և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հիմնարար շահերի իրականացմանը»։
