Կառավարությունն առաջարկում է կանոնակարգել հարկերի հաշվարկմանն ուղղակիորեն չառնչվող, սակայն հարկային մարմնի կողմից իրականացվող վերլուծական աշխատանքների համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող տեղեկատվական աղյուսակներում լրացվող տեղեկատվության սխալ` ոչ հավաստի լինելու դեպքում վարչական պատասխանատվության կիրառման հարցը:

ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը մայիսի 17-ին առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել է «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում լրացում և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Արթուր Մանուկյանը:

Ակնկալվում է, որ փոփոխության արդյունքում կապահովվի հարկ վճարողների կողմից համապատասխան տեղեկատվության ամբողջական և ճշգրիտ ներկայացումը, միաժամանակ կհստակեցվի մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների քննությանը ենթակա վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գործերի շրջանակը:

Զեկուցողի տեղեկացմամբ տվյալները ոչ հավաստի, սխալ լրացված լինելու դեպքում առաջարկվում է Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքում սահմանել պատասխանատվություն: Առաջին անգամ, երբ տեղեկատվությունը կլինի սխալ լրացված, դրան կհետևի նախազգուշացումը: 1 ամսվա ընթացքում, եթե սխալը չուղղվի, ապա տուգանքը կկազմի 10 հազար դրամ: Երկրորդ անգամ, եթե 30 օրվա ընթացքում սխալը չուղղվի, ապա տուգանքը կկազմի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հիսունապատիկի չափ:
