ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ Կովկասյան բանակցությունների հարցերով ավագ խորհրդական, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Լուիս Բոնոյի հետ։ Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգային հարցեր: Հայտնում են ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից։ 
 
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում վերջին զարգացումներին, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծում առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ մոտեցումներին և դրանց համաձայնեցման ուղղությամբ ջանքերին:

 Նախարար Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է երկու երկրների կողմից ամենաբարձր մակարդակում արտահայտված՝ 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ ճանաչման հանձնառությանը հավատարմության, պայմանագրում ամրագրման և հռչակագրի հիման վրա սահմանազատման գործընթացի կարևորությունը: Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվել են նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման ու սահմանային անվտանգության հանձնաժողովների վերջին հանդիպումների ժամանակ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները:
 
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը և ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյան մտքեր են փոխանակել տարածաշրջանային կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցերի շուրջ: Այս համատեքստում Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է թեմայի շուրջ վերջին քննարկումներն ու ՀՀ մոտեցումները, որոնք շարունակում են համահունչ լինել հանրահռչակված՝ ինքնիշխանության ու ազգային օրենսդրության հարգման, հավասարության ու փոխադարձության սկզբունքներին:
