ՀՀ ժողովրդական նկարիչ Հակոբ Հակոբյանի 100-ամյակի հոբելյանական միջոցառումների շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի աջակցությամբ մայիսի 23-ին Երևանի Թումանյանի անվան այգում բացվել է մեծանուն հայ արվեստագետի «Որս» քանդակը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունից, քանդակի տեղադրմանը նախորդել է ակտիվ աշխատանքային համագործակցություն Հակոբ Հակոբյանի 100-ամյակի հոբելյանական միջոցառումները կազմակերպող աշխատանքային խմբի, մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ:

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ քանդակի պաշտոնական բացման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանը, ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Վահրամ Դումանյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչներ, Հակոբ Հակոբյանի դուստրը՝ Նորա Հակոբյանը, անվանի արվեստագետներ և արվեստասերներ:

«Քանդակը հրաշալի կերպով ինտեգրվում է բնապատկերին՝ կարծես լրացնելով բնության ամբողջականությունը: Լիահույս եմ՝ տեղադրվելով «Թումո»-ի այգում՝ երիտասարդական ակտիվ վայրում, այս քանդակը և Հակոբ Հակոբյանի արվեստը, առհասարակ, ոգեշնչելու են երիտասարդներին՝ լինել ստեղծագործ և նորարար»,- ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հակոբյանի արվեստը միշտ արդիական է:
