«Ժողովուրդ». 27 մլն տարեկան եկամուտ, 46 մլն վարկ. ՀՀ բանտապետի ունեցվածքը

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը պաշտոնին նշանակվել է 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին։

Մինչ այդ զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը։
Ըստ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանի գույքի, եկամուտների, ծախսերի եւ շահերի 2023 թվականի հայտարարագրի՝ 2022 թվականին Գրիգորյանը ձեռք է բերել 1 բնակարան բազմաբնակարան շենքում եւ 1 ավտոտնակ, որոնք գտնվում են Երեւանում։

Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը 2011 թվականին ձեռք է բերել անհատական բնակելի տուն կրկին Երեւան քաղաքում։
Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետը տրանսպորտային որեւէ միջոց չի հայտարարագրել։

Գրիգորյանի բանկային հաշիվների մնացորդները կազմել են 2 մլն 617 հազար դրամ, կանխիկ դրամական միջոցները՝ 25 մլն դրամ եւ 10 հազար դոլար։

ՀՀ բանտապետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանի հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտները կազմել են 27 մլն 129 հազար դրամ, որից 11 մլն 451 հազար դրամը աշխատանքի վարձատրություն է ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից։

Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունից ստանում է կենսաթոշակ, այն տարեկան կազմում է 2 մլն 598 հազար դրամ։

Հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտների բաժնում նկատում ենք, որ Գրիգորյանը ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից ստացել է 2 մլն 509 հազար դրամ, որը, ինչպես հասկանում ենք, ստացված վարկերի եւ փոխառությունների մայր գումարի մնացորդը հաշվետու տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ բաժնից, եկամտահարկի վերադարձի օրենքով հիփոթեքի մայր գումարի մնացորդը մարելու համար է. իսկ հաշվետու տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ պետի վարկերի եւ փոխառությունների մայր գումարի մնացորդը կազմում է 46 մլն 010 հազար դրամ։
Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը եկամուտ ստացել է նաեւ վարձակալության հանձնված գույքից, որի վարձավճարը ամբողջ տարվա համար կազմել է 4 մլն 950 հազար դրամ։

Եկամուտներից 5 մլն 500 հազար դրամը 3 տարբեր վարկեր են «Ինեկոբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը 2008 թվականի «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով քննիչ է եղել, եւ ներգրավված է եղել քննիչ հանձնաժողովում։ Ներկայիս իշխանությունների խոստումները թե՝ «կբացահայտենք «Մարտի 1»-ի ողբերգությունը» ոչ միայն իրականություն չդարձան, այլեւ գործում ներառված անձինք դարձան յուղալի պաշտոնների տեր»:
