Փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանի կողմից արված գրառումը Կոմիտաս փողոցում երկու անձի մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու դեպքի շրջանակներում քննիչների անգործության մասին, բացարձակապես իրականության հետ աղերս չունի և խիստ մանիպուլյատիվ է` ներհասարակական համակեցության առումով խիստ վտանգավոր շեշտադրումներով։ Այս մասին գրառում է կատարել ՀՀ ՔԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

«Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով։ Իրականացվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, վնասվածքներով բուժհաստատություն տեղափոխված երկու անձինք ճանաչվել են տուժող։ Քննիչներն այնքան օպերատիվ են գործել, որ անմիջապես այցելել են բուժկենտրոն, այնտեղ նրանց հարցաքննելու համար։ Տեւժողներից մեկը հարցաքննվել է, մյուսի հետ քննչական գործողություն հնարավոր չի եղել կատարել վերջինիս առողջական վիճակով պայմանավորված։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ 

Տարածքում տեղակայված տեսագրող սարքերի պարունակությունը վերցնելու հանձնարարություն է տրվել, ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարվել է նաև հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու, քննությանը հետաքրքրող այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու վերաբերյալ։ Այսինքն անհետաձգելի բոլոր գործողությունները կատարվել են, և դրանք շարունակվում են նաև այսօր։ 

Այս իմաստով քննիչների կողմից, հարսանիքի պատճառով գործողություններ չիրականացնելու վերաբերյալ պնդումները անհիմն են, մտացածին և ցածրակարգ, այլ իրողությունների, վարույթների հետ համադրությունների մեջ դնելն ու դրանց հիման վրա դատողություններ անելն էլ ավելին չէ, քան պարզունակ ու զգացմունքային մանիպուլյացիա։

Իսկ այն հանգամանքը, որ փաստաբանը նշված անձանց նկատմամբ բռնության գործադրումը ուղիղ կերպով կապում է նրանց արցախցի լինելու հետ այն դեպքում, երբ տվյալ հանգամանքի մասին խոսող որևէ փաստական տվյալ առ այս պահը առկա չէ, այլ բան չէ, քան արհեստականորեն արցախցիների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքի առկայության պատրանք ստեղծելը և այդ կերպ ներհասարակական պառակտում գեներացնելը։

 Թե ինչ անուն կարելի է դրան տալ, թողնում եմ յուրաքանչյուրի բարոյական ընկալումներին»։
