ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն այսօր ընդունել է «Անուշավան և Օֆիկ Աբրահամյան» բարեգործական կրթական հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությանը՝ տնօրեն Օֆիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը նախ ցավակցություն է հղել բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր նախագահ Անուշավան Աբրահամյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության ոլորտում տարիներ շարունակ վերջինիս ներդրած ջանքերը, բարեգործական ներդրումներն ու մեծ ավանդը կշարունակվեն թե՛ պետության, թե՛ բարերարի ընտանիքի կողմից:

«Անուշավան և Օֆիկ Աբրահամյան» բարեգործական կրթական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը ներկայացրել է ՄԿՈՒ ոլորտում ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող բարեփոխումները: Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը տեղեկացրել է՝ արդեն իսկ ուժի մեջ է մտել «Մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման մասին» ՀՀ նոր օրենքը, որը կարևոր քայլ է մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման զարգացման ուղղությամբ:

«ՄԿՈՒ նոր օրենքն առաջին հերթին զարգացնելու է ոլորտը, ձեռնարկատիրական հնարավորությունները, կրթական ծրագրերի բովանդակությունը, մասնավորի հետ համագործակցությունը: ՄԿՈՒ ոլորտը մեր առաջնահերթություններից է, և այս ոլորտին հատկացվող պետական ուշադրությունը գնալով մեծանալու է: Հավատացած եղեք՝ Ձեր ընտանիքի սկսած գործը պետությունը միայն զարգացնելու և առաջ է տանելու»,- ընդգծել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն անդրադարձել է նաև ՄԿՈՒ ոլորտում ներդրված կրթաթոշակային քաղաքականությանը, որը վերանայվել է մի շարք ուղղություններով, այդ թվում՝ գյուղատնտեսական, արդյունաբերական և շինարարական մասնագիտությունների համար: Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից յուրաքանչյուր տարի հաստատված առաջնահերթ և կարևոր ոլորտների մասնագիտություններով հիմնական կրթության հիմքով ընդունված ուսանողներին առաջին կուրսում տրամադրվում է 50000 դրամի չափով կրթաթոշակ: Նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրել է՝ վերանայման փուլում է գտնվում նախնական /արհեստագործական/ և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության մասնագիտությունների և որակավորումների ցանկը՝ դրանք առավել նպատակային դարձնելու և աշխատաշուկայի կարիքներին համապատասխանեցնելու համար:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև ուսումնական հաստատություններում առկա ենթակառուցվածքների ու սարքավորումների առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործմանն ուսումնական գործընթացում, ինչպես նաև դասախոսների և վարպետների որակավորման բարձրացմանը:

Նշենք, որ որպես շահույթ չհետապնդող բարեգործական կազմակերպություն՝ հիմնադրման օրվանից «Անուշավան և Օֆիկ Աբրահամյան» հիմնադրամն ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալում Հայաստանում: Հիմնադրամն աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերի 9 արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ Վայոց ձորի, Տավուշի ու Սյունիքի տարածաշրջանային, Արարատի, Վարդենիսի, Արմավիրի ինդուստրիալ մանկավարժական ու Վանաձորի պոլիտեխնիկական պետական քոլեջներին, ինչպես նաև Հրազդանի և Մարալիկի արհեստագործական պետական ուսումնարաններին:
