Ավարտվել է 2024 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» նախաձեռնության կողմից անցկացված հանրահավաքի ընթացքում «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի կողմից առերևույթ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ բեռնատարի վարորդ, Արարատի մարզի 40-ամյա բնակիչը, նախապես տեղյակ լինելով 2024 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին Երևան քաղաքի Հանրապետության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցող հանրահավաքի մասին, գտնվելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, չենթարկվելով արգելող ճանապարհային նշանի պահանջին, ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում իրեն պատկանող և իր կողմից շահագործվող «Կամազ 54112» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենան վարել էր Երևան քաղաքի Իտալիայի փողոցով դեպի Խորենացի-Վազգեն Սարգսյան փողոցների խաչմերուկի հատված, հակառակ ուղղությունից դուրս էր եկել Վազգեն Սարգսյան փողոցի միակողմանի երթևեկելի գոտի, շրջանցել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ծառայողներին և չենթարկվելով ոստիկանների «կանգառ» հրահանգին, շարժվել էր Հանրապետության հրապարակում հավաքված հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների ուղղությամբ, ավտոմեքենան կայանել հրապարակի կենտրոնում։ Այդ կերպ, իր հակաիրավական ու հակաբարոյական գործողություններով, համակեցության կանոնների ցուցադրաբար անտեսմամբ, նա անհանգստություն էր պատճառել հրապարակում գտնվող անձանց, խախտել նրանց անդորրը:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում կատարված նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա բեռնատարի վարորդին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
