Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանատան պարզաբանումը Վերին Լարսից ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն դուրս բերելու մասին

Մամուլում տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ վրացի սահմանապահները գիշերվա ժամը 2-ին գործողություններ են սկսել իրականացնել՝ ստիպելով Վերին Լարսի անցակետում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հեռանալ տարածքից։ Ըստ լրատվականի՝ քաղաքացիները փորձել են կապ հաստատել Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանատան հետ, սակայն լիազոր մարմինը որևէ գործողություն չի ձեռնարկել։

«Տեղեկատվության ստուգման կենտրոնը» կապ հաստատեց Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամուլի քարտուղար Հարություն Հայրապետյանի հետ և տեղեկացավ, որ քաղաքացիների մի խումբ 2-3 օր է գտնվում էր ռուս-վրացական սահմանի չեզոք գոտում, որը, վրացական կողմի պնդմամբ, խաթարում էր անցակետի բնականոն աշխատանքը։ Պարետատունը, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն և Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը բազմիցս հորդորել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին չգնալ Վերին Լարսի անցակետ, քանի որ օտարերկրացիների համար Վրաստան մուտքն արգելված է։

Վերին Լարսի չեզոք գոտում գտնվող քաղաքացիներին ևս հորդորվել է ետ վերադառնալ ՌԴ տարածք և սպասել սահմանի բացմանը, սակայն վերջիններս ականջալուր չեն եղել հորդորներին։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության անգործությանը՝ տեղեկացանք, որ դեսպանատան դիվանագետները եղել են Վերին Լարսի անցակետում և հանդիպել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին՝ նրանց փոխանցելով սնունդ և առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաներ։

Դեսպանատունը մշտապես կապի մեջ է եղել քաղաքացիների հետ, ներկայացրել  Վրաստանում՝ արտակարգ ռեժիմով սահմանված արգելքները և հորդորել վերադառնալ Ռուսաստան։

Վրացական կողմը՝ տարածքը լքելու բազմաթիվ խնդրանք-հորդորներից հետո, վերջնաժամկետ է տվել քաղաքացիներին՝ լքելու տարածքը, քանի որ չեզոք գոտում մարդկանց կուտակումը խաթարում էր անցակետի բնականոն գործունեությունը։

Դեսպանատան աշխատակիցը մայիսի 14-ի գիշերը ժամը երկուսին կապ է հաստատել Վերին Լարսում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ, որոնք նշել են, որ հետ են վերադարձել Ռուսաստան։
