Օրեր առաջ Բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի նախագահ Սմբատ Գոգյանը հրաժարական տվեց ու հեռացավ պաշտոնից։ Հեռացման պատճառների մեջ նա նշեց, որ կրթության և գիտության բարեփոխման իր պատկերացումները չեն համընկել նախարարության ռազմավարության հետ, և ժամանակի ընթացքում այդ հակասությունները խորացել են: Իր հրաժարականի դիմումի հիմնավորման մեջ նա նաև նշել էր, թե պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի դոկտորական աշխատանքում առկա են ակնհայտ արտագրություններ ու թարգմանություններ, և, որ ռեկտորը համապատասխան կապերի ու հովանավորչության միջոցով շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակիցը զրուցել է Երևանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դիանա Գալոյանի հետ: Նա Գոգյանի՝ իրեն ուղղված մեղադրանքը բարոյական քայլ չհամարեց:

«Այդ ոլորտում Գոգյանն անկարող գտնվեց աշխատել և որևէ բարեփոխման հասնել: Իսկ սեփական անհաջողությունները կապել մեկ անձի հետ, հրաժարականը կապել ինձ հետ, բարոյական չեմ համարում: Եթե ցանկություն ունենար փոփոխություն անելու, ոչ վերևները, ոչ ներքևները չէին խանգարի իրեն»,-ասում է Գալոյանն ու ավելացնում, որ ԲՈԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը բավականաչափ լիազորություններ է տալիս անկախ գործել ու բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել, սակայն Գոգյանի գործունեությունը երկու տարի շարունակ ամբոխահաճությունից այն կողմ չի անցել:

Գոգյանը Գալոյանի նշանակումից ի վեր պնդում է, որ նրա դոկտորական աշխատանքում առկա են ակնհայտ արտագրություններ ու թարգմանություններ, իսկ դրանք, փոխարենը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության համար քննարկման թեմա դառնան, ընդհակառակը՝ դարձել են հովանավորչության առիթ ու պատճառ:

«Ինձ փոխնախարարի հետ են կապում, այո, Գրիշա Թամրազյանին ես ճանաչում եմ 13 տարի և նրա հետ ես պայքարի բավական երկար ճանապարհ եմ անցել: Այս փոքր երկրում մարդ ճանաչելը կարծում եմ հանցագործություն չէ, և ամեն րոպե շահարկել, որ կան ծանոթներ, տեղին չէ: Իսկ գրագողության մասին հայտարարությունները հնչեցին միայն օդում, և այդպես էլ չդարձան մշակված փաստաթղթեր: Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ իմ գիտական աշխատանքին, ապա հանձնաժողովը տվել է իր եզրակացությունը՝ որակելով այն որպես լուրջ գիտական ներդրում տնտեսագիտության մեջ»,-եզրափակեց ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատարն ու վստահեցրեց, որ ինքը վայելում է տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի շահառուների համակրանքն ու աջակցությունը, և դա է պատճառը, որ ես շարունակում եմ պաշտոնավարել:
