Օրեր առաջ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող «ADM Դայմոնդս» ադամանդի գործարանի աշխատակիցներն այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ իրենց պահանջն ու խնդիրը կառավարության հետ է եղել, այլ ոչ թե գործարանի ղեկավարության:

Ակցիայի մասնակիցների խոսքով՝ իրենք պահանջել են իրենց հասանելիք աջակցությունը, որը կառավարությունը պիտի տրամադրի 8-րդ ծրագրով:

«Երկու ամիս չենք աշխատել ու պիտի աջակցություն ստանայինք, քանի որ կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքով տուժած ոլորտ ենք համարվում։ Բողոքի ակցիայից հետո մեր ղեկավար կազմն ասաց, որ տեխնիկայան խնդիրների պատճառով է, որ կառավարությունը չի փոխանցել գումարները։ Հիմա փորձում են շտկել այդ խնդիրը»,- ասաց աշխատակիցներից մեկը և հավելեց. «Գործարանի փոխտնօրենը բացատրում է, որ թղթաբանության հետ է եղել խնդիրը, հիմա ամեն ինչ անում են, որ մարդիկ իրենց գումարները ստանան»:

Անդրադառնալով այն շահարկումներին, թե պարտադիր պարապուրդի ընթացքում գործարանի աշխատակիցները աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել՝ և՛ աշխատողները, և՛ փոխտնօրենը հավաստեցին, որ բացի աշխատավարձից, նրանց մի մասը նաև հավելավճարներ է ստացել:

«Մենք կանոնավոր կերպով ստացել ենք մեր աշխատավարձը նաև էն ժամանակ, երբ չենք աշխատել, թող անիմաստ լուրեր չտարածեն: Էլի եմ ասում՝ մեր բողոքը կառավարության աջակցության համար էր»,- նշում է աշխատակիցը:

Որպես եզրափակում՝ գործարանի փոխտնօրենն ասաց, որ եթե իրենց սխալի պատճառով կառավարությունն, այնուամենայնիվ, չփոխանցի գումարները, գործարանն ինքն իր բյուջեից կհատուցի աշխատակիցներին:
