Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մայիսի 28-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից։

Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ. տոն, որն ունի յուրահատուկ իմաստ ու խորհուրդ բոլորիս համար:

1918 թվականին Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության ստեղծումը շրջադարձային նշանակություն ունեցավ հայ ժողովրդի կյանքում՝ ունենալով իր առանձնահատուկ տեղն ու դերը մեր բազմադարյա պատմության մեջ: Հարյուրամյակներ շարունակ զրկված լինելով պետականությունից, ենթարկվելով ցեղասպանության ու հայրենազրկման՝ հայը կարողացավ կրկին ոտքի կանգնել ու պաշտպանել սեփական հողը, այդ հողի վրա ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իր իրավունքը, վերակերտել պետականությունն ու ամուր հիմք ստեղծել հուսալի ապագայի համար:

Կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կայացան պետական ինստիտուտները, ընդունվեցին պետական խորհրդանիշները, կազմավորվեց Հայոց բանակը: Այդ ամենը հնարավոր դարձավ մեր առաջնորդների անխոնջ ջանքերի, քաջ զինվորների ու հրամանատարների նվիրումի ու սխրանքի, հայրենիքի հանդեպ ունեցած նրանց անմնացորդ սիրո շնորհիվ:

Թանկագի՛ն հայրենակիցներ,

Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ Սարդարապատի, Բաշ Ապարանի, Ղարաքիլիսայի պանծալի հաղթանակները կերտած մեր հերոս նախնիների հետնորդներն ենք, որ մեր երակներում հոսում է նրանց արյունը, եւ որ նրանց արիությամբ ոգեշնչված կերտեցինք մեր նորօրյա հաղթանակները:

Ավարայրից մինչեւ Սարդարապատ եւ Շուշի մեր բոլոր հաղթանակների խորհուրդը մեկն է՝ լինել միասնական ու միակամ, կուռ ու անսասան, անել մեզնից կախված ամեն ինչ՝ հանուն Հայրենիքի ազատության ու անկախության, հանուն մեր սերունդների բարեկեցիկ ու երջանիկ ապագայի:

Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ մեր բոլոր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին՝ Հայաստանում, Արցախում եւ Սփյուռքում: Թո՛ղ հայ ժողովրդի հաղթանակները լինեն ամուր ու մշտական:
