ՀՀ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ ս. թ. մայիսի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել Եվրոպական թռիչքային անվտանգության թիմի նիստը, որի արդյունքում այս տարվա փետրվարին կատարված ԵՄ գնահատման այցի դիտողությունների հիման վրա որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ-ում գրանցված բոլոր օդանավ շահագործողներին ընդգրկել ԵՄ թռիչքային անվտանգության ցանկում: Այսինքն՝ սահմանափակվում է ՀՀ-ում գրանցված օդանավ շահագործողների՝ դեպի Եվրոպա չվերթեր իրականացնելու իրավունքը (բացառությամբ քաղաքացիների տարհանման, մարդասիրական և բժշկական նպատակներով իրականացվող թռիչքների)։

«ՀՀ-ում գրանցված ավիաընկերությունները շարունակելու են չվերթեր իրականացնել դեպի այլ պետություններ: Բացի այդ, սույն որոշումը որևէ ազդեցություն չի ունենա այլ միջազգային ավիաընկերությունների կողմից ԵՄ-ից դեպի ՀՀ և ՀՀ-ից դեպի ԵՄ չվերթեր իրականացնելու վրա:

Համաձայն Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի և ԵՄ թռիչքային անվտանգության կոմիտեի՝ ՀՀ-ում գրանցված օդանավ շահագործողներին ԵՄ թռիչքային անվտանգության ցանկում ընդգրկելու որոշման պատճառը երկար տարիներ շարունակ ՀՀ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի կողմից ոչ պատշաճ վերահսկողության և ոչ լիարժեք սերտիֆիկացման գործառույթների իրականացումն է:

2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին Եվրոպական թռիչքային անվտանգության թիմի նիստից ի վեր Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն լուրջ քայլեր է ձեռնարկել և շարունակում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել՝ ՀՀ-ում թռիչքային անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով: ԵՄ ավիացիոն ոլորտի տնօրեն Ֆիլիպ Կոռնելիսը ՔԱԿ-ի ղեկավարին ուղղված նամակում նշում է. «Ես ուրախ էի տեսնել և արձանագրել ՀՀ կառավարության հանձնառությունը՝ աջակցելու Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեին: Այդ աջակցությունը, Ձեր մասնագիտական կարողությունների և հմտությունների հետ մեկտեղ, մեծ դեր են խաղում վերոնշյալ խնդիրները լուծելու համար»:

Իսկ ԵՄ տրանսպորտի հարցերով հանձնակատար Ադինա Վալեանը ԵՄ պաշտոնական կայքում իր հերթին նշել է. «Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը, Եվրոպական միության թռիչքային անվտանգության գործակալության աջակցությամբ, պատրաստ է համագործակցել և ներդրում ունենալ Հայաստանում թռիչքային անվտանգության մակարդակը բարելավելու գործում»:

ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների ավիացիոն իշխանությունները նույնպես հայտնել են Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի հետ սերտորեն համագործակցելու իրենց պատրաստակամության մասին:

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
համոզված եղեք, որ միասնական աշխատանքի ու ջանքերի շնորհիվ բոլոր խնդիրները կլուծվեն»,- ասված է կոմիտեի ֆեյսբուքյան հրապարակման մեջ:
