Համավարակը հաղթահարելուց հետո տնտեսական տխուր պատկերի ենք ականատես լինելու ՀՀ-ում։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանը։ Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի ստացած աջակցությունն ու դրան զուգահեռ կանխարգելող աշխատանքները համաչափ չեն։

«Վերջերս ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց օրենք, որով դեֆիցիտն ընդլայնվեց։ Ըստ էության, դա նշանակում է նոր վարկեր ներգրավվել և այդ վարկերն ուղղել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարին։ Հարցի երկրորդ կողմն այն է, թե ինչպիսի արդյունավետությամբ է անելու դա կառավարությունը։ Եթե այն արդյունավետությամբ, որով աշխատում են հիմա և այսօր, ապա պիտի ասեմ, որ արդյունքը կլինի շատ ցածր ու անորակ։ Ասածս ոչ միայն տնտեսական գործունեությանն է վերաբերում, ես խոսում եմ նաև վարակի տարածումն արգելելու, վարակը ժողովրդի համար անլրջացնելու և կառավարության՝ կանխարգելող միջոցների ձախողման մասին»,-նշում է Թանդիլյանը։ 

Նրա պնդմամբ՝ կառավարությունն այս պահին խուճապի մեջ է և ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու համար՝ խիստ շահագրգիռ։ 

«Ես բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ եմ տեսնում, որոնցից մեկը հետկորոնավիրուսյան ճգնաժամի հաղթահարմանն ուղղված մեծ գումարներն են։ Կառավարությունը 80 մլրդ դրամ միայն նախատեսել է այն ծրագրերին, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն համավարակի հաղթահարումից հետո։ Ես գտնում եմ, որ նախ պետք էր այսօրվա հաղթահարման մասին մտածել, նոր հետագայի։ Միջոցները պետք է ուղղվեն ստեղծված իրավիճակը հաղթահարելուն»,- ասում է պատգամավորը։ 

Այն հարցին, թե վարակի հաղթահարումից հետո որքա՞ն ժամանակում հնարավոր կլինի սկսել տնտեսության վերականգնողական աշխատանքները, Թանդիլյանը պատասխանեց․ «Տնտեսության վիճակը շատ ծանր է լինելու։ Աշնանը տնտեսական ճգնաժամի խորացում կլինի։ Երրորդ եռամսյակում՝ արդեն սեպտեմբերից սկսած, խնդիրներ ենք ունենալու։  Մյուս տարի մենք կկարողանանք ոտքի կանգնել, թե ոչ, նորից կախված է կառավարության աշխատանքի որակից, որը, ինչպես նշեցի, շատ ցածր եմ գնահատում»։

Անդրադառնալով կառավարության մշակած աջակցման ծրագրերին՝ Թանդիլյանը վկայակոչում է ստացված բազմաթիվ բողոքներն ու խնդիրները, և նշում է, որ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ չեն ստացել իրենց հասանելիք գումարները։

«Մարդիկ կամ չեն ստացել իրենց հասանելիքը կամ ստացել են, սակայն միանգամյա օգնությունը ոչինչ չի փոխել նրանց կյանքում այս շարունակվող ճգնաժամում։ Այդ մեկանգամյա օգնությունը չի կարող օգնել մարդկանց հաղթահարել ու լուծել իրենց սոցիալական բազմաթիվ խնդիրները»,-ասաց Թանդիլյանը։
