«Չենք մեկնաբանում»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասացին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության լրատվականից՝ անդրադառնալով քիչ առաջ տարածված տեղեկությանը, որ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի ժ/պ Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանը հրաժարական է տվել։  Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ այսօր՝ ժամը 14.00-ին, Մարտիրոսյանը ժողով անցկացրե՞լ է գործընկերների հետ, մեր այս տեղեկությունը ևս չմեկնաբանեցին։ Փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակի հետ՝ պարզելու՝ արդյոք Մարտիրոսյանն աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել վարչապետին, թե՞ ոչ, սակայն մեր բազմաթիվ զանգերն անպատասխան մնացին։ Ըստ լուրերի՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրենը ժողով էր հրավիրել գործընկերներին հրաժեշտ տալու նպատակով։ Սակայն, թե ո՞րն է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հրաժարականի պատճառը, դեռ հայտնի չէ: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն է նշանակվելու ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը։ 

Նշենք, որ Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանը ԱԱԾ տնօրենի ժ/պ էր նշանակվել Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականից հետո, մարտի 19-ին։ Ավելի վաղ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ը հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը դիտողություն էր արել ոստիկանապետին և ԱԱԾ տնօրենին՝ երկրում տիրող իրավիճակը իրեն ոչ ճիշտ զեկուցելու համար։

Վերջին շրջանում անընդհատ խոսվում է ԱԱԾ-ում տիրող խժդժությունների մասին, ինչը կապվում է մայիսի սկզբին ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի անվան հետ։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ նա ազատվում է հին կադրերից և իր մտերիմներին տեղավորում ախորժելի պաշտոնների։ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում վրդովվել էին ցածր մասնագիտական որակավորում ունեցող կադրերով ԱԱԾ-ն լցնելու՝ նոր իշխանության քաղաքականությունից, որի հետևանքով մի քանի աշխատակիցներ իրար հետևից ազատման դիմումներ են գրել։ Մայիսի 19-ին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտի պետ Արթուր Աղաջանյանն ազատվել էր աշխատանքից, նրա փոխարեն նշանակվել էր Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի մտերիմը՝ ՇՄ դատախազի տեղակալ Արթուր Պողոսյանը։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ օրեր առաջ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն ազատվում է հին կադրերից և իր մտերիմներին տեղավորում ախորժելի պաշտոնների։ Ավելին, նոր նշանակումներն էլ իրարանցում են առաջացրել ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում․ այստեղ վրդովված են ցածր մասնագիտական որակավորում ունեցող կադրերով ԱԱԾ-ն լցնելու նոր իշխանության քաղաքականությունից, որի հետևանքով արդեն մի քանի աշխատակիցներ ազատման դիմումներ են գրել։
