«ԶՈՀԻ ՀՈԳԵԲԱՆՈւԹՅԱՆ ՄԱՍԻՆ

Մայիսի 8-ին ԱԺ-ում, երբ իշխանությունը ընդդիմությանը ֆիզիկական բռնության ենթարկեց, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում մատնանշեց, որ իշխանությունը ենթարկվում է հոգեբանական բռնության: Մի կողմ դնելով այն խայտառակ իրողությունը, որ իշխանությունը` լինելով երկրի պատասխանատուն, կարող է լինել այնքան տկար և անկարող, որ ենթարկվի հոգեբանական բռնության, խոսենք «զոհ» դառնալու նրանց նկրտումների մասին:

Ակնհայտ է, որի երկրի ինստիտուցիոնալ և բովանդակային բարեփոխումների իրական օրակարգը իշխանությունը տապալել է: Նաև սպառել է գաղափարական և արժեհամակարգային իր ռեսուրսները, հատել է բարոյականի կարմիր գծերը և պարզել է մարդուն` անձնապես ոչնչացնելու երկսայր զենքերը: Այն, ինչին ականատես ենք լինում վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում քաղաքական դաշտում, կարելի է բնութագրել երկու բառով` իշխանության հոգեվարք: Եվ այդ հոգեվարքի մեջ նրանք հայտնվել են ոչ ժողովրդի, ոչ ընդդիմության և ոչ էլ ինչ-որ անձերի պատճառով: Նրանք հայտնվել են այդ իրավիճակում իրենց ապաշնորհության և չարության պատճառով: Եվ որպեսզի իրենց ապաշնորհության և չարության հետևանքով երկրում օրեցօր խորացող ճգնաժամի մասին չխոսենք և չքննադատենք, անհրաժեշտ է թշնամանալ բոլորի հետ, տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ բոլորը հարձակվել են իրենց վրա (անամոթ «սևերը և դավաճանները») և դառնալ զոհ` հարուցելով ժողովրդի խղճահարությունը:

Համավարակը պարարտ հող է ստեղծում, այն դեպքում, երբ «իշխանությունը կյանքեր» է փրկում, իսկ «չար» ուժերը խանգարում են: Բայց չեն նկատում, որ իրենք անդադար խոսում են համավարակի պատերազմից, բայց զբաղված են քաղաքական ժանգլյորություններով: Խոսում են բարոյականությունից, բայց կեղտոտ մեթոդներով են բանավիճում իրենց ընդդիմախոսների հետ, խոսում են արժեքներից, որոնք իրենց վարքագծով վաղուց դարձրել են փալաս սեփական ոտքերի տակ: Նաև` շատ են խոսում կորոնավիրուսի մասին տարածվող ապատեղեկատվությունից, բայց մոռանում են, որ առաջին ապատեղեկատվություն տվողը իրենք են եղել:

Հարգելի իշխանություն, դադարե´ք զոհ ձևանալ: Իմացեք, որ ձեզնից որևէ սպասելիք չկա և չի լինելու: Առանց հիստերիայի կարգավորեք համավարակային շիլաշփոթ իրավիճակը երկրում և պատրաստ եղեք կանչվելու պատասխանատվության դրա հետևանքների համար: Կրկնում եմ` առանց հիստերիայի:
