Կառավարության՝ արտակարգ դրությունը երկարաձգելու մասին հունիսի 12-ի որոշման համաձայն՝ Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունն արգելանք և բռնագանձում չի կիրառի նաև ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից քաղաքացիներին որպես աջակցություն տրամադրված դրամական միջոցների նկատմամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունից։

«Աջակցություն են համարվելու այն դրամական միջոցները, որոնք տրամադրվել են 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ից հետո` անհատույց կերպով` կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքով սոցիալական խնդիրների առաջացումը կանխարգելելու կամ կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքները չեզոքացնելու (հաղթահարելու) համար:

Որոշման համաձայն՝ նշված դրամական միջոցների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը Ծառայությանը տրամադրում է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը՝ հիմք ընդունելով աջակցության շահառուների շրջանակի որոշման գործընթացում ներգրավված պետական մարմնից կամ աջակցություն տրամադրող անձից ստացված տեղեկատվությունը՝ աջակցության նպատակի, շահառուների շրջանակի, աջակցություն տրամադրողի, ինչպես նաև այն հաշվեհամարի վերաբերյալ, որից փոխանցվել (փոխանցվելու) են դրամական միջոցները։

ՀՈՐԴՈՐՈՒՄ ԵՆՔ ս․թ․ մարտի 16-ից հետո ֆիզիկական անձանց դրամական աջակցություն տրամադրած անհատներին և կազմակերպություններին համապատասխան տեղեկատվությունը սեղմ ժամկետներում ներկայացնել Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Կառավարության 23․04․2020 թվականի թիվ 555-Ն որոշման համաձայն` Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունն արգելանք և բռնագանձում չի կիրառում կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքների չեզոքացման միջոցառումների շրջանակներում 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ից հետո ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց որպես աջակցություն տրամադրված դրամական միջոցների վրա»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
