Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր էջում հերթական նյութն է հրապարակել, որը մարդու իրավունքների տեսանկյունից ոչ միայն անընդունելի է, այլև իր մեջ պարունակում է լրջագույն խնդիրներ՝ ոստիկանական գործողությունների տեսանկյունից։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան, հրապարակախոս Զառա Հովհաննիսյանը։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է.

«Այդ տեսանյութը հրապարակելիս վարչապետն արել է ուղեկցող հետևյալ գրառումը․ «Սա Սպիտակի միջադեպի ավելի ամբողջական տարբերակն է։

Ոստիկանները սխալ են քաղաքացու հետ «Դուք»-ով, հարգալից եւ պաշտոնական բառապաշարով չխոսելու համար, ինչի կապակցությամբ արժանի են բանավոր նկատողության։ Մնացած մասով ճիշտ են գործել եւ արժանի են խրախուսման»։

Նախ, ցանկանում եմ հիասթափեցնել Փաշինյանին, քաղաքացուն «Դուք»-ով չդիմելը ոստիկանների միակ սխալը չէ։ Ոստիկանները ծառայություն իրականացնելիս պետք է լինեն ոստիկանական հանդերձանքով, այլ ոչ քաղաքացիական հագուստով /Կնոջ թևերը ոլորողներից մեկը կարմիր-սպիտակ կիսաթև շապիկով է, չգիտեմ, նույնիսկ ներկայացե՞լ է որպես ոստիկան, ցույց տվե՞լ է իր վկայականը, թե ոչ/։ Մեքենան, որով քաղաքացուն բերման են ենթարկում պետք է լինի ոստիկանության ծառայողական մեքենա, այլ ոչ ինչ-որ կասկածելի սև, անձնական օգտագործման մեքենա, որով, հնարավոր է նաև մարդ առևանգել։

Եվ, ամենակարևորը, տղամարդ ոստիկանը կնոջը նման խայտառակ ձևով, մարմնի տարբեր մասերին դիպչելով բերման ենթարկելու իրավունք չունի։ Մենք տարիներ շարունակ խոսում ենք համակարգում կին ոստիկանների ներգրավման մասին, որպեսզի հենց նրանք աշխատեն կանանց հետ։ Կնոջ բերման ենթարկելը, զննություն իրականացնելը պետք է կատարեն կին ոստիկանները, իսկ տվյալ դեպքում գործողությունները կատարվում են բավականին անշնորհք կերպով՝ բացելով կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներ, դիպչելով մարմնի տարբեր մասերի։ Այնպես որ, տվյալ ոստիկանները թույլ են տվել բազմաթիվ բացթողումներ, և ամենևին խրախուսման արժանի չեն։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նման տեսարանների վարչապետի կողմից հրապարակմանը, խրախուսմանը, նաև՝ այդ հրապարակման ներքո զետեղված տարաբնույթ անպատեհ մեկնաբանություններին, ապա լրջագույն խնդիրներ եմ տեսնում, որոնք, ցավալիորեն ավելանում են՝ ամեն գրառման հետ զուգահեռ»։
