Կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդ ու նրանց հետ կոնտակտ ունեցած 3500 հայաստանցու տվյալներ հայտնվել են ադրբեջանցիների ձեռքում։ Դրանք հրապարակվել են։ Երբ իշխանությունները խորհրդարան էին բերում, այսպես կոչված, տեղորոշման ծրագիրը, թե վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը, թե ուժային մարմինների ղեկավարները միաբերան պնդում էին, որ հնարավոր չէ ստեղծվի այնպիսի իրավիճակ, երբ մեր քաղաքացիների անձնական տվյալները կհայտնվեն երրորդ անձանց ձեռքում: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ հնարավոր է, և հնարավոր է թերևս միայն մեր երկրում, քանի որ համաճարակի ընթացքում պետությունները առավելագույն ուշադրություն են դարձրել իրենց քաղաքացիների անձնական տվյալները պաշտպանելուն:

Իսկ ինչ ասել մի երկրի մասին, որի վարչապետը անձամբ է կոչ անում խախտել անձնական տվյալների մասին բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին օրենքները և լուսանկարել կարանտինի կանոնները չպահող քաղաքացիներին: Դեռ մի բան էլ` պարբերաբար այդ քաղաքացիների անձնական տվյալները պարունակող ինֆորմացիան զետեղել իր պաշտոնական էջում: Վերոնշյալ պաշտոնյաները վստահեցրել են հանրությանը, որ ծրագրի ընդունման դեպքում վերջիններիս անձնական տվյալները պաշտպանված են լինելու, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այդ հավաստիացումները թե ընդդիմությունը, թե փորձագետները կասկածի տակ էին առնում: Եվ հետևաբար, տրամաբանական է, որ հենց վերոնշյալ պաշտոնյաներն էլ պետք է այսօր պատասխան տան՝ ազգային անվտանգությանը հարվածող նման զարգացումների համար: Եթե, իհարկե, չորոշվի այս դեպքն էլ ջրել, ինչպես դա արվեց շաբաթներ առաջ, երբ անհայտ անձինք տարածել էին կորոնավիրուսից մահացած անձանց անձնական տվյալները:
