«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ստորագրե՞լ է նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ԱԺ-ի ընդունած հանրաքվեի չեղարկման մասին օրենքը։ «Ոչ, դեռ չի ստորագրել. նախագահն ունի 21-օրյա ժամկետ՝ իր վերաբերմունքն արտահայտելու։ Ժամկետը դեռ չի լրացել, իրավաբաններն ուսումնասիրում են փաստաթուղթը»,- ասացին մեզ նախագահի` հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից: Իրականում, Արմեն Սարգսյանն սպասում է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի պատասխանին: Այսօր Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը կսկսի ուսումնասիրել ՍԴ-ի դիմումը` Քոչարյանին առնչվող գործով (300.1 հոդվածին վերաբերող), որի պատասխանը ՄԻԵԴ-ից արդեն եկել է, իսկ վաղը` հունիսի 19-ին, հանձնաժողովը կպատասխանի ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության՝ իրեն ուղղված հարցերին: Հիշեցնենք, որ նախարարությունը 3 հարցով էր դիմել Վենետիկին` հանրաքվեի չեղարկում (առանց սպասելու վերջինիս կարծիքին, արդեն իսկ օրենք է ընդունել), ՍԴ դատավորների պաշտոնավարման ժամկետ (12 տարին լրացած դատավորների պաշտոնանկության հարցը) եւ ՍԴ նախագահի լիազորությունների կասեցում, նորընտիր դատավորների կազմից ՍԴ նոր նախագահի ընտրություն: «Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելուց եւ կալանավորելուց հետո իշխանությունների հաջորդ իդեա-ֆիքսը առաջիկա շաբաթ կդառնա ՍԴ-ն, Ծառուկյանի հարցով քվեարկությունն ապրոբացիա էր՝ իմանալու, թե որքան ձայն ունի իշխող մեծամասնությունը, դեզերտիրներ կա՞ն, թե՞ ոչ։ ՍԴ հարցի լուծման համար էլ է այդքան ձայն, այնպես որ, առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում իշխանությունը կտոնի իր հաջորդ հաղթանակը՝ ՍԴ-ի եւ Հրայր Թովմասյանի նկատմամբ»,- ասաց «Իմ քայլի» մեր աղբյուրը»:
