«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Կորոնավիրուսը փրկեց ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանին։ Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է, ԱԺ իշխող «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը չեղարկեց հանրաքվե անելու գործընթացը։ Սակայն ՍԴ-ի «գորդյան հանգույցը» պետք է իր հանգուցալուծումը ստանա՝ սկսած գործը կիսատ չեն թողնում սկզբունքին հավատարիմ։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացրել էր, որ հաջորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում համապատասխան նախագծով ՍԴ երկարամյա անդամներ Ֆելիքս Թոխյանն ու Հրանտ Նազարյանը հրաժեշտ կտան դատավորի պաշտոնին՝ իրենց տեղը զիջելով երիտասարդներին։ Այդպես հանգուցալուծում է ստանալու ՍԴ կազմի հարցը։ Սակայն Հրայր Թովմասյանը կշարունակի մնալ առնվազն դատավոր, եթե ոչ ՍԴ նախագահ։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ իշխանությունները նաեւ ակտիվ քննարկում են, թե ով կարող է ղեկավարել Սահմանադրական դատարանը: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ իշխանությունների կողմից ՍԴ գործուղվել է դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանը, բայց անգամ «Իմ քայլում» նրան չեն դիտարկում՝ որպես ՍԴ նախագահ: Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ Վահե Գրիգորյանը, չաշխատելով, բայց պետբյուջեից վարձատրվելով, այնուամենայնիվ, իրեն չի արդարացրել, ինչի համար էլ իշխանությունները Հրայր Թովմասյանին փոխարինող են փնտրում այժմ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռեւս մայիսի 13-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը դիմել էր Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով՝ ՍԴ-ի շուրջ ստեղծված հարցին լուծում տալու համար: Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը մինչ այս բանավոր կերպով էր ներկայացրել իր կարծիքը, իսկ այսօր կհրապարակվի վերջնական որոշումը: Սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը կողմ է այս տարբերակին»:
