Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հուլիսի 7-ին հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն՝ առողջապահության նախարարի և նախագահի՝ առողջապահության ու սոցիալական հարցերով խորհրդականների մասնակցությամբ:

Երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ անվճար առողջապահություն ունենալու իր նախընտրական խոստման համաձայն՝ կյանքի են կոչվում առաջին լոկալ ծրագրերը:

Նախագահի հանձնարարականով՝ առողջապահության նախարարություն դիմած անպտղություն ունեցող ավելի քան 100 զույգերի բուժման ծախսերը ամբողջությամբ կիրականացվեն պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ՝ փուլ առ փուլ:

Առողջապահական հաջորդ ծրագրի շահառուները, ըստ նախագահ Հարությունյանի, կլինեն Արցախյան ազատամարտի և Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի բոլոր մասնակիցները: Այն հնարավորություն կտա սոցիալական այդ խմբերի ներկայացուցիչներին սրտանոթային հիվանդություն ունենալու դեպքում Արցախի և Հայաստանի բուժհաստատություններում անվճար օգտվել բուժման բոլոր տեսակի ծառայություններից՝ ներառյալ սրտի բաց և փակ վիրահատությունները: Նախագահը նշել է նաև, որ հաջորդ տարվանից առողջապահական ամբողջ համակարգը կդառնա անվճար, և բոլորը հնարավորություն կունենան օգտվելու նշված ծրագրերից:

Քննարկման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Ստեփանակերտի մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման նոր կենտրոնի վերազինման աշխատանքներին: Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ մինչև տարեվերջ պետական ու բարեգործական միջոցներով ձեռք կբերվեն բոլոր անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումները, և հանձնարարել է ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին գործնական քայլեր իրականացնել այդ ուղղությամբ:
