Ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Գեղամ Ադյանն իր էջում գրել է. «Ռուսաստանի Կալինինգրադ քաղաքում բնակվող Արմեն Բաբայանն ահազանգում է, որ ոստիկանությունը կանգնեցրել է իր մեքենան և տուգանել այն բանի համար, որ մեքենան ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետհամարանիշ։

«Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն, առանց օրենքին հղում անելու և առանց որևէ հիմքի, կանգնեցրին մեքենան ու պարզաբանեցին, որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից եկել է ներքին հրահանգ՝ թույլ չտալ հայկական գրանցում ունեցող մեքենաների տեղաշարժը ՌԴ տարածքում. սակայն տուգանեցին այն հիմքով, թե իբր մեքենան առհասարակ չունի գրանցում, բայց մեքենան գրանցված է Երևան քաղաքում։ Եթե այսպես շարունակվի, շատ հայեր կտուժեն, որովհետև բավականին մեծ տուգանքների հետ է կապված»,- ավելացրեց Արմեն Բաբայանը։

Ոչ աշխատանքային ժամով պայմանավորված` չկարողացան կապ հաստատել Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատան հետ, բայց հիշեցնեմ, որ ՌԴ դեսպանատունը հունիսի 26-ին, անդրադառնալով ԱԺ-ում «Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունմանը, նշել էր, որ դա Հայաստանի ներքին գործն է, բայց հավելել, որ, օրինակ, դիտարկենք Ռուսաստանում հայ վարորդների վկայականների ճանաչման հետ կապված աղմկահարույց իրավիճակը։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ Հայաստանում ռուսերենն ունենա պաշտոնական կարգավիճակ։ Սակայն չնայած դրա բացակայությանը՝ հասկանալով տվյալ հարցի կարգավորման կարևորությունը, հայ շատ քաղաքացիների համար, ռուսական կողմը դրսևորում է կառուցողական տրամադրվածություն և արտահայտում է պատրաստակամություն միացյալ ուժերով, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում այդ բարդ և համալիր հարցին գտնել ընդունելի որոշում՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր երկու երկրների հատուկ կապերը։ Սրանք ընդամենը մի քանի օրինակ են, որոնք վկայում են Հայաստանում ռուսերենի առանձնահատուկ դերի մասին, ինչը մեր հարաբերությունների իրականության ուղղակի արտացոլումն է»:
