Մարզպետի մոռացված խոստումները. ինչո՞ւ Արմավիրում «իրավիճակ» չի փոխվում

Շարունակում ենք անդրադառնալ թավշյա պաշտոնյաների աշխատանքի կատարողականներին, իսկ ավելի հստակ՝ այն խոստումներին, որ վերջիններս տվել են, այնուհետև դրանց մասին պարզապես մոռացել, կամ ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով այդ խոստումները գրվել են սառույցին: Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխությունից հետո անչափ կարևորվել էր մարզերի զարգացումը, նոր մարզպետների նշանակումը կոչված էր լիցք հաղորդելու, հեղափոխական շունչը մարզեր բերելուն: Հասա՞վ արդյոք այդ հեղափոխությունը Արմավիրի մարզ: Մամուլում քննարկման առարկա էր դարձել այն, որ Արմավիրի մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանն իր բանուգործը թողած՝ զբաղված է մարզի տարածքում գործող գազալցակայանների զուգարանների սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները ստուգելով: 


Մինչդեռ մարզպետը ունի շատ ավելի կարևոր գործառույթներ, որոնցից մեկն էլ տրված խոստումները հետևողականորեն կատարելն է: Դիցուք՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Լենուղի համայնքի 4-րդ կարգի վթարային 1-ին եւ 3-րդ շենքերի բնակիչների խնդիրը արդեն երկար տարիներ է՝ չի լուծվում: Բնակիչները հույս ունեին, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո, նոր իշխանությունները մի բան կանեն: 4-րդ կարգի վթարային այս շենքերում 22 ընտանիք է բնակվում, գրեթե բոլոր ընտանիքներում անչափահաս երեխաներ կան, իսկ շենքն, ըստ ԱԻՆ-ի, անգամ նորոգման ենթակա չէ, էլ ուր մնաց, թե բնակվելուն պիտանի լինի: Ամիսներ առաջ բնակիչները բողոքի ցույցեր էին անում կառավարության մոտ, մայիս ամսին անգամ համայնքի դպրոցի մուտքն էին փակել: Արմավիրի մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանը խոստացել էր խնդիրը լուծել: Խոստացել էր և ինչպես շատ հաճախ պատահում էր հին և բարի ժամանակների չինովնիկների հետ…մոռացել էր:


Մարզպետը նաև խոստացել էր լուծել չմշակվող հողերի հարցը, մինչդեռ այսօր Արմավիրի մարզում կա դեռ շուրջ 21000 հա հողատարածք, որոնք չեն մշակվում: 

Տասնյակ տարիներ Մեծամոր քաղաքի բնակիչներին անհանգստացնող, գարշահոտություն տարածող, ինչպես նաև Զարթոնք և Եղեգնուտ գյուղերի հողատարածքները կոյուղաջրերով ոռոգվող մաքրման կայանի խնդիրը, որը պետք է լուծվեր, նույնպես ժամանակավոր լուծումներ է ստանում՝ իսկ խնդրի լուծման վերջնական տեսլականը այդպես էլ չի ուրվագծվում: 

Խոստացված միլիոնավոր դոլարների ներդրումների մասին էլ, թերևս, խոսելը անիմաստ է. այս առումով Արմավիրը բացառություն չէ:
