«Վերջին օրերին հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանին իրադարձությունների ծավալման ֆոնին Թուրքիան ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիան ողջունող և նույնիսկ խրախուսող հայտարարություններով ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ այդ պետությունը սպառնալիք է տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը։

Թուրքիայի այս գործելաոճը չպետք է անարձագանք մնա միջազգային հանրության կողմից, քանի որ հարցականի տակ է դրվում թե՛ մեր և թե՛ ավելի մեծ տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը։ Մենք խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության բոլոր խողովակներով ուշադրություն ենք հրավիրում այս ռիսկի նկատմամբ և ակնկալում, որ միջազգային գործընկերների համար նույնպես տարածաշրջանային կայունության պահպանումը կլինի բացարձակ առաջնահերթություն»,-գրել է Մակունցը:
