Այսօր տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը մեկնելու է արձակուրդի: Ինչ խոսք՝ Բադասյանը արժանի է, ի վերջո նա ամիսներ շարունակ, եթե չասենք՝ նշանակման օրից սկսած, ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայել հայրենի արդարադատության համակարգի զարգացման համար: Իհարկե, նա փոքր-ինչ այլ պատկերացում ունի ոլորտի զարգացման հետ կապված, և այդ պատկերացումը ամփոփվում է՝ ՍԴ և անկախ դատական համակարգի դեմ մղվող պայքարի մեջ, բայց ինչևէ: Բադասյանի «ձեռքբերումները» մյուս առումներով նույնպես քիչ չեն: Պաշտոնին նշանակվելու առաջին իսկ օրվանից նա հայտնվեց հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ զինվորական ծառայությունից վերջինիս ազատման հիմքերը որևէ վստահություն չէին ներշնչում:

Թեև նախարարը խոստացել էր ցրել հանրության կասկածները, սակայն մինչ օրս էլ չի կատարել իր խոստումը: Բադասյանը նաև այն նախարարն է, ում ասոցացնում են «Սորոսի ֆոնդի» հետ: Բացի այդ էլ, մամուլում տեղեկություններ էին հայտնվել, որ Բադասյանի հայրը՝ Վլադիմիր Բադասյանը, հին Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունում զբաղեցրել է բարձրաստիճան պաշտոններ` Ոստիկանության իրավաբանական վարչության պետի տեղակալ, 6-րդ վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ: Սկանդալների կենտրոնում հայտնվեց նաև Բադասյանի կինը: Արդարադատության նախարարի առաջ քաշած նախագծերի արդյունքում Հայաստանը դարձավ միջազգային իրավական հանրության ծաղրուծանակի առարկան, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն, ըստ էության, դժգոհ է այն տեմպերից, որոնցով Բադասյանը ռեֆորմներ է իրականացնում և որոշել են Փաշինյանին օգնել՝ արդարադատության ոլորտի խորհրդական Հայաստան գործուղելով: Սա նշանակում է, որ սույն ոլորտը ամբողջությամբ է անցնելու Արևմուտքի կուրացիայի տակ՝ նախարարի լուռ համաձայնությամբ:

Իսկ իր ո՞ր խոստումներն է այս ընթացքում հասցրել կատարել Բադասյանը: Շատ էր խոսվում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների արդիականացման մասին, սակայն, տպավորություն է, որ սնունդից բացի այստեղ ոչինչ չի արդիականացվել, իսկ սննդի խնդրի լուծումը բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում, օրինակ՝ ինչպես է ստացվում, որ ՔԿՀ-երին սնունդ է մատակարարում միայն մեկ ընկերություն, որն էլ ամիսներ առաջ հասցրել էր հայտնվել սկանդալի կիզակետում: Բադասյանը, ինչպես ասում են, լավ է աշխատել, եթե աշխատանք ասելով նկատի ունենանք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իրավունքից կիլոմետրերով հեռու պլանների իրագործումը, հետևաբար ընդունենք՝ եկել է հանգստանալու ժամանակը…
