ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Աննա Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնում է․

«Րոպեներ առաջ զրուցեցի Ազգային ժողովի դարպասների մոտ հավաքված ծնողների հետ, ովքեր եկել են դիմում ներկայացնելու Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներին` առ այն, որ իրենց երեխաները բարձր միավորներով դուրս են մնացել բուհերից։ Խնդիրը շատ հստակ է ներկայացվում. բոլոր ցածր միավորներով և առաջին հայտով ընդունված դիմորդները ողջունվում են, ծնողները բարի ուսում են մաղթում նրանց, սակայն անընդունելի են նաև համարում այն փաստը, որ ոչ պատշաճ իրազեկված լինելով հանդերձ` իրենց երեխաները պետք է զրկվեն բուհում սովորելու հնարավորությունից։

Դուրս մնացողների շրջանում կան նաև դեկտեմբերի զորակոչի ենթական տղա դիմորդներ, դպրոցի ավարտական գերազանց գնահատականներով երեխաներ, հատկապես մարզերից, ովքեր անարդար ձևով փաստացի զրկվում են իրենց համար ընդունելի մասնագիտություններով սովորելուց հնարավորությունից։

Առաջարկը հետևյալն է. կառավարության լիազոր մարմնի` ԿԳՄՍ-ի նախարարի որոշմամբ բոլոր բուհերում տեղեր ավելացվեն դուրս մնացած դիմորդների համար, ովքեր առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում իրենց բարձր առաջադիմությամբ կապացուցեն , որ արժանի են շարունակելու ուսումը, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր կունենան ցածր կրեդիտներ, չեն շարունակի ուսումը։ Այս առաջարկին կողմ են բոլոր ծնողները։ Սրանից միայն կշահի պետությունը և բուհերը, քանի որ բոլոր այս դիմորդների ծնողները պատրաստ են վճարել իրենց երեխաների ուսման համար»,- գրել է նա:
