Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի մամուլի խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Երեկ հարևան երկրի միապետը հանդես եկավ հերթական ամպագորգոռ հայտարարությամբ, որում, մասնավորապես, օգտագործեց հետևյալ բառամթերքը. «...Երբ մենք Հայաստանին հասցրինք կործանիչ հարված, նրանք իսկույն ևեթ վազեցին Հավաքական Անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունից (ՀԱՊԿ) պաշտպանություն խնդրելու...»: Եզրափակելով՝ նաև հոխորտաց.  «Կռվիր մեզ հետ դեմ առ դեմ, կտեսնենք, թե ով կհաղթի»:

Դե ինչ, երևի տեղն է թարմացնելու հարևան երկրի միապետի հիշողությունը: Հատուկ նրա համար ասեմ, որ մենք արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպելու մեծ մարտադաշտում: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի մասին է: Այն պատերազմի, որում հենց ադրբեջանական կողմն է օգտվել թուրքական, չեչենական, աֆղանական և ուկրաինական վարձկանների ծառայություններից, բայց, ինչպես ինքը կասեր, ջախջախիչ հարված ստանալով՝ հետ է շպրտվել: Իհարկե, Իլհամ միապետը չի կարող սա հիշել, և գիտե՞ք ինչու, որովհետև երբ ադրբեջանական «ամենազոր» բանակը և վերջինիս աջակցող օտարերկրյա վարձկանները մարտագծի տարբեր հատվածներում ջախջախիչ հարվածներ էին ստանում իրենց դեմ առ դեմ կանգնած Հայոց բանակից, հայր Ալիևի դասալիք որդին Ստամբուլի գիշերային խաղատներում ոսկե «երիտասարդությանը»  հարիր ժամանակ էր անցկացնում... Եվ միայն հայրենիք վերադարձավ այն ժամանակ, երբ իր հոր խնդրանքով Մոսկվան կանգնեցրեց հայերի հաղթարշավը... Ահա սա է պարոն միապետ պաշտպանություն մուրալու ամենացցուն օրինակը, որն ի դեպ կրկնվեց նաև քո օրոք՝ 2016թ. ապրիլին... Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հայերի կողմից «ՀԱՊԿ-ից պաշպանություն խնդրելու» մասին քո բարբաջանքին, ապա ամենից լավը դու գիտես, որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չկար ու չէր կարող լինել, քանի որ մենք գերադասում ենք հենց դեմ առ դեմ կռվել...»։
