Քաղաքական, հասարակական գործիչ Արման Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրահանգավորվող կառույցների կողմից ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներում հակահայկական հրապարակումներին, հայկական կողմից դրանց համարժեք պատասխան չտալուն ու դրա հետեւանքներին։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ․

«Արտաքին հարաբերություններն ու անվտանգությունը (ներառյալ տեղեկատվականը) ո´չ կենացներ են եւ ո´չ էլ live-երում դատարկաբանելու թեմաներ։ Դա աշխատանք է` ծանր, դժվարին, համակարգված ու ամենօրյա։ Եւ երբ այդ աշխատանքը չի կատարվում կամ կատարվում է զուտ կատարվելու համար, արվում են չկշռադատված քայլեր ու հայտարարություններ, ապա դրա գրեթե երաշխավորված հետեւանքը նյութականանում է շատ արագ եւ ստանում շատ շոշափելի բացասական դրսեւորումներ։

Ցավոք, տեղեկատվական հակազդեցության բացակայությունն ու դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների հետեւողական ավերումը տալիս են իրենց դառն ու դաժան պտուղները։

Ադերբեջանի կողմից տարիներով ձեւավորված ու պարբերաբար հրահանգավորվող ցանցային կառույցները ռուսական առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներում հակահայկական ու մեծամասամբ անպատասխան մնացած ու չհավասարակշռված հրապարակումները ընկալում են որպես Հայաստանի եւ հայության դիրքերի նահանջ ու ազդանշան` հայերի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ գործողությունների շղթայի մեկնարկը տալու համար։ Եւ այդ ամենը տեղի է ունենում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցող մարտերին զուգահեռ: Սահմանին տեղի ունեցածն առիթ է միայն եւ ոչ թե պատճառ։

Պատճառն արտաքին կարեւորագույն ուղղություններով ու տեղեկատվական հակազդեցության աշխատանքների տապալումն է:

Փոխարենը բաժակաճառեր են եւ սրան-նրան թիրախավորել ու մեղքն ուրիշի վրա բարդել: Փոխարենը սեփական պատկերն ուրիշի հայելում տեսնելով` հայելու ուղղությամբ քարեր նետելն է։ Բայց դրանից պատկերը ոչ մի կերպ չի փոխվելու, իսկ հայելին ջարդելուն պես պատկեր ընդհանրապես չի լինելու»:

Արտաքին հարաբերություններն ու անվտանգությունը (ներառյալ տեղեկատվականը) ո´չ կենացներ են եւ ո´չ էլ live-երում...
