Ներկայացնում ենք հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանագոտու հյուսիսարևելյան հատվածում ծավալված գործողությունների ընթացքում ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի մարտական կոչը, որն ուղղված էր հրամանատարներին և զինվորներին.
 
«Հայոց փառապանծ բանակի գեներալներ, սպաներ, սերժանտներ, զինվորներ, իմ զինակից ընկերներ

Ադրբեջանը, ոգեկոչվելով մեր թշնամիների բազմա­կող­մանի աջակցությունից, չի կարողանում հաշտվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հյուսիս-արևել­քում իր կողմից սադրած մարտական գործողություններում ջախջախիչ պարտություն կրելու հանգամանքի հետ և սպառնում է մեզ լայնածավալ պատերազմով:

Մենք պետք է կռվե՛նք և հաղթե՛նք, քանզի խեղճերի արցունքից և թույլերի վախից են կոր­ծանվում հայրենիքները... Իսկ մեր երակներում հոսում է իսկական մարտիկի արյուն, մարտիկ, որ միշտ կարողացել է մարտնչել քանակով գերազանցող թշնամու դեմ: Ասվածի վառ ապացույցը Սարդարապատի, Բաշ-Ապարանի ու Ղարաքիլիսայի հերոսական ճա­կա­տա­­մարտերն են, ազատագրված Արցախն ու փառապանծ Շուշին...

Մեր պայքարի անհագ ձգտումով և նախնյաց պատգամների խորը հավատով դարեր շա­րունակ ոսոխին ցույց ենք տվել մեր բազկի զորությունը, որն ապացուցեցինք նաև այսօր՝ Չինարիում, Մովսեսում, Այգեպարում... և բարձր հայրենասիրությամբ ու նվիրվածությամբ ավելացրինք հայոց ազգի ու հայ զորականի զենքի փառքը: Իսկ 3-րդ բանակային կորպուսի վարած մարտական գործողությունները մտնելու են հայ ռազ­մար­վեստի պատմության մեջ և դառնալու են որպես զորքերի կառավարման արդյունա­վետության, հրամանատարների նախաձեռնողականու­թյան և հմտության ցուցաբերման, ինչպես նաև հայ դիրքապահ զինվորների հերոսության ու խիզախության օրինակ:

Մեր գործն ար­դար է. մենք պաշտպանում ենք մեր պապերի սուրբ հողը, հայրական տունը, մեր պատիվն ու մեր ժողովրդի ազատ երկրում խա­ղաղ ապրելու իրավունքը:

Մենք  այլևս դատա­պարտ­ված ենք միա՛յն հաղթելու: Ցույց տա՛նք դավադիր ոսոխին մինչև վերջ կռվելու մեր վճռա­կանությունն ու պատրաստականությունը, որ նա այլևս չփորձի հա­յացք նետել Հայաստանի և Արցախի ուղղությամբ:

Հպարտ եմ, որ ձեզանից մեկն եմ և պատիվ ունեմ յուրաքանչյուրիդ հետ համատեղ կեր­­տելու զինված ուժերի հաղթական ուղին՝ ի փառս հայ ժողովրդի:

Միասին առա՛ջ, դեպի հաղթանա՛կ... Աստված մեզ զորավիգ ու պահապան...»:
