Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 26-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում: Ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում, Կապան քաղաքի Գործարանային փողոցում բախվել են 62-ամյա Վանիկ Ա.-ի վարած ԳԱԶ-31-10 մակնիշի և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, 33-ամյա Ահաթ Գհոդսի Կհոդաջիհոլի վարած «Samad» մակնիշի բեռնատարը: Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, վթարի հետևանքով ԳԱԶ-31-10-ի վարորդ Վանիկ Ա.-ն, ում ավտոմեքենայից դուրս են բերել օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Կապանի հրշեջ-փրկարարները, ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Կապանի բժշկական կենտրոն: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 6-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գեղամ Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Տեղում հետաքննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարել էր նույն վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչ Վահագն Կոստանյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, վթարի մեղավորը ԳԱԶ-31-10-ի վարորդն է եղել, ով դուրս է եկել հանդիպակած գոտի և բախվել կայանված բեռնատարին:
