«ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒն.

ԸՆԴՈՒՆԵԼՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՔՆՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ ՄԱՍՈՎ

Արդեն մի քանի օր է, ինչ հետևում եմ ընդունելության քննությունների հետ կապված ԿԳՍՄ նախարարության շուրջ ստեղծված լճացած վիճակին: Փաստացի մոտ հազարի հասնող դիմորդներ բախվել են անորոշության և չեն կարողանում գտնել լուծումներ այն թնջուկից, որն առաջացել է նախարարության անշրջահայաց գործելակերպի պատճառով: Ես առժամանակ պահպանում էի լռություն ողջ իրավական գործընթացը, ընդունելության հիմք հանդիսացած իրավական ակտերը խորությամբ ուսումնասիրելու, ոլորտում մասնագիտացված մի շարք իրավաբանների հետ խորհրդակցելու համար, որոնց արդյունքում եկել եմ այն եզրակացության, որ ընդունելության քննությունների հիմքում դրված իրավական ակտերը ընդունվել են կոպտագույն սխալներով:

Այդ իսկ պատճառով մեր հասարակական կազմակերպության գործունեության շրջանակներում անձամբ ես և մեր իրավաբանների թիմը պատրաստվում ենք դիմել Վարչական դատարան` դատական կարգով վիճարկելով այն իրավական ակտի իրավաչափությունը, որի հիման վրա կատարվել է ընդունելությունը:
Այն բոլոր երիտասարդները, ովքեր ցանկանում են դիմել դատարան կարող են մեզ հետ կապ հաստատել 099066076 հեռախոսահամարով կամ [email protected] էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեով:

Չեմ ցանկանում որևԷ ձևով քաղաքականացնել այս գործընթացը, դիվիդենտներ շահել, հանդես գալ ինչ-որ մեկի դեմ կամ կողմ, քննարկել ընդունելության նոր կարգի բովանդակության նպատակահարմարությունը, այլ ցանկանում եմ օգնություն ցույց տալ անորոշության մեջ հայտնված դիմորդներին: Հատկապես որ՝

Ընդունելության հիմքում ընկած իրավական ակտերի ընդունման ողջ գործընթացը խայտառակ փնթի և իրավական առումով անգրագետ է եղել: Դիմորդները ոչ միայն պատշաճ իրազեկված չեն եղել ընդունելության կարգի էական փոփոխությունների մասին, այլ նաև միանգամից գործել են մի քանի ակտեր, ընդունելության հիմքում դրվել է այնպիսի իրավական ակտ, որը դեռևս նույնիսկ ուժի մեջ չի եղել եւ այլն։

Միևնույն ժամանակ բազմաթիվ մանիպուլիացիաներից խուսափելու համար ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ մեր հաջողության դեպքում արդեն իսկ ԸՆԴՈՒՆՎԱԾ ուսանողների ընդունելության հետ կապված որևէ խնդիր չի կարող առաջանալ, քանի որ նրանք հանձնել են քննությունները իրենց համար վստահելի վարչական ակտի հիման վրա»:
