ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել «Սեռական շահագործումից և սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնվենցիայի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ցանկը հաստատելու մասին: «Հիմք ընդունելով «Միջազգային պայմանագրերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը՝ Հաստատել «Սեռական շահագործումից և սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնվենցիայի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ցանկը` համաձայն հավելվածի»,- նշված է որոշման մեջ: Փաշինյանը նաև հրահանգել է ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը  «Երեխաների իրավունքների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծ ներկայացնել: Նշենք, որ այդ փոփոխությամբ դպրոցներում ներդրվելու է սոցիալական աշխատողների ինստիտուտը, որի միջոցով էականորեն սահմանափակվելու են ծնողների իրավունքները, քանի որ ծնողներն այլևս չեն կարող երեխաներին դաստիարակության նպատակով բազմաթիվ նկատողություններ անել՝ դա կարող է դիտարկվել որպես հոգեբանական բռնություն, երեխայի իրավունքների սահմանափակում և ծնողին օրենքով որոշ ժամանակով կարող են զրկել երեխայի հետ շփվելու իրավունքից՝ երեխային հանձնելով խնամատար ընտանիքին: 

Լանզարոտի կանվենցիայի ընդունումը անչափ ռեզոնանսային էր, հանրության զայրույթը մի կերպ մեղմելու համար «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորները, միմյանց հերթ չզիջելով, հայտարարում էին, որ որևէ գործնական քայլ չի արվելու առանց հանրային լայն քննարկման, չնայած, որ հենց կոնվենցիայի ընդունումն էլ տեղի էր ունեցել առանց անհրաժեշտ քննարկումների: Ստացվում է` իշխանությունները հերթական անգամ փափուկ բարձ են դրել ժողովրդի գլխի տակ և արել այնպես, ինչպես ցանկանում են՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու հանրության կարծիքը, որը, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չէր:

Այս և նմանատիպ մյուս կոնվենցիաների շուտափույթ կիրարկումը նախատեսում է դրամաշնորհներ, ֆինանսական աջակցություն: Ինչ-ինչ, իսկ փող Փաշինյանին և իր թիմին այժմ օդի և ջրի պես է անհրաժեշտ, և դա է պատճառը, որ երեկ ժողովրդի անունով երդվողներն այսօր այդ նույն ժողովրդի թիկունքում ընդունում են ազգային արժեքները ոտնահարող որոշումներ…
