Կոտայքի նախկին մարզպետ, շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
 
«Սիրելի’ կոտայքցիներ, հայրենակիցներ.
Երկար մտորեցի, թե Կոտայքում՝ մարզպետի կարգավիճակում իմ ավելի քան երկուամյա գործունեության վերաբերյալ ինչ ձեւաչափի եւ բովանդակության ամփոփում պետք է անել, սակայն հասկացա, որ ոչ մի ամփոփման, իմա՝ ֆորմալ տեքստերի ու վիճակագրական տվյալների ներկայացման կարիքը բնավ չկա։
 
Ամփոփելու կարիք չկա, քանի որ գործունեությունս իմ սիրելի Կոտայքում առաջին իսկ օրվանից եղել է բաց, թափանցիկ եւ հաշվետվողական. իմ ամենօրյա հանդիպումները, քաղաքացիների ու տնտեսվարողների ընդունելությունները, աշխատանքային այցերը եւ բոլոր որոշումներն ու նախաձեռնությունները լայնորեն լուսաբանվել են մեր պաշտոնական էջերով ու լրատվամիջոցներով՝ թե’ վերջիններիս նախաձեռնությամբ եւ թե’ մեր կողմից տարածվող մամլո հաղորդագրությունների հիման վրա։
 
Եւ այժմ, երբ ՀՀ վարչապետի առաջարկով՝ մեծագույն պարտքի ու պատասխանատվության գիտակցումով ստանձնեցի ՀՀ Շրջակա Միջավայրի նախարարի կարգավիճակը, Կոտայքում իմ գործունեության՝ համեմատաբար կարճ, բայց գերհագեցած ու բովանդակալից շրջափուլի լավագույն ամփոփումը համարելու եմ #ԷտալոնայինԿոտայք ունենալու տեսլականիս միտված՝ արդեն այս տարեվերջին ու մյուս տարվա ընթացքում շահագործման հանձնվելիք նորակառույց ու վերակառուցված շուրջ մեկուկես տասնյակ մանկապարտեզների հարկի ներքո մեր փոքրիկների անհոգ ու երջանիկ ժպիտը, շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ հիմնանորոգված մշակույթի տներում՝ մեր պատանիների ու պարմանուհիների գեղագիտական դաստիարակության լայն հնարավորությունների իրացումը, մարզի մի շարք բուժկենտրոններում՝ հիմնանորոգված վիրահատարանների ու հիվանդասենյակների (այդ թվում՝ Եղվարդի «Նաիրի» ԲԿ-ի ծննդօգնության երկհարկ կապիտալ նորոգված մասնաշենքի) պատերի ներքո որակյալ ու բարձրակարգ բուժծառայությունների հասանելիությունը, եւ վերջապես, մարզի բացառապես բոլոր դպրոցներում (շուրջ՝ 90), ավելի քան 700մլն ՀՀԴ արժողությամբ՝ կենտրոնական ջեռուցման համակարգերի, մարզադահլիճների, սանհանգույցների, տանիքների ու համակարգչային դասասենյակների կապիտալ հիմնանորոգման արդյունքում՝ ավելի’ որակյալ ու ավելի’ արժանապատիվ հանրակրթության իրավունքի իրացման հնարավորությունը եւ այլն, եւ այլն…
Դե իսկ հիմնանորոգված ու բարեկարգ ներմարզային ու միջհամայնքային մի շարք ճանապարհներով շարունակելու ենք բոլորս այցելել Կոտայք. #ԷտալոնայինԿոտայք։

Այժմ եկել է նոր ու ավելի լայն հարթությունում գործելու ժամանակը, եւ բնականաբար, իմ դավանած գաղափարներն ու տածած արժեքները մնում են նույնը՝ #Օրենքի_գերակայություն եւ #Իրավահավասարություն։
 
Ու այսուհետ եւս, ներդնելու եմ ամբողջ ջանքս, նվիրումս եւ ներուժս՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում օր առաջ ունենալու ավելի’ երաշխավորված, ավելի’ պաշտպանված, գիտելիքահենք կառավարման ու հանրության սրտացավ վերաբերմունքի ներքո զարգացող #Շրջակա_միջավայր…
