Երևանի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում գտնվող բազմաբնակարան շենքում փլուզումից հետո ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի ղեկավարությամբ դեպքի վայրում կատարվում են քննչական գործողություններ, այդ մասին հայտնում է ՔԿ-ն:

Օգոստոսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 07:18-ին, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևանի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի Ռայնիսի 1 հասցեում գտնվող բազմաբնակարան շենքում փլուզում է տեղի ունեցել։

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը, վերջինիս հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ կազմված ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի և հատուկ հանձնարարությունների, կազմակերպական-վերլուծական և քրեագիտական գլխավոր վարչության քրեագիտական վարչության ծառայողներից: Հայկ Գրիգորյանը ղեկավարում է քննչական խմբի կողմից կատարվող աշխատանքները:

Փլատակների տակից տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով դուրս բերված երկու քաղաքացիները տեղափոխվել են Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց: Դուրս է բերվել նաև նույն շենքի 3-րդ հարկի բնակիչ 1962թ. ծնված` Արթուր Գեորգիի Ղազարյանի դին.:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի (անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ իրացնելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը) հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներկայումս հարցաքննվում են նշված շենքի բնակիչները, քննչական խմբի կողմից զուգահեռ քննչական գործողություններ են իրականացվում Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցում:

Դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ:
