«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Տավուշի մարզի Խաշթառակ գյուղի վեցամյա երեխայի մահը ցնցել է բոլորին։ Ընտանիքի պատմությունը դեռեւս մի քանի ամիս առաջ հանրայնացվել էր «Կիսաբաց լուսամուտներ»-ի ապրիլի 13-ի եթերում։

Հաղորդաշարի անձնակազմը տեսանկարահանումներ էր կատարել Հակոբջանյանների տանը։ Ընտանիքը հակահիգիենիկ պայմաններում էր ապրում, երեխաները բարձիթողի վիճակում էին ու անխնամ։ Մեկ սենյականոցում մեծացող 7 երեխաներից հինգի մայրը պատմում էր, որ ուտելիքի խնդիր ունեն, ինքն ամբողջ օրը ուտելիք հայթայթելով է զբաղված, դրա համար էլ չի կարողանում մաքրել տունը։ Այդ հաղորդումը դիտելիս պարզ է դառնում, որ երեխաներն այս ընտանիքում անպատշտպան են եղել, ու թերեւս չէր լինի այս ողբերգությունը, եթե պատկան մարմինները ժամանակին ուշադրություն դարձնեին ու զբաղվեին նրանցով։

Ավելին, հաղորդավարն անգամ եթերում խնդրել էր Տավուշի մարզպետին՝ տիրություն անել ընտանիքին։ Ինչո՞ւ են անտարբերության մատնել այս ընտանիքին ու երեխաներին․ մեր հարցին մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանը երեկ նախ հերքեց, թե որեւէ մեկն իրեն այս ընտանիքի հարցով դիմել է, ապա հավաստիացրեց, որ ընտանիքը տարիներ շարունակ գտնվել է մարզի սոցիալական կենտրոնների հսկողության տակ։

«Նույնիսկ 2015-ին երեխաները մի քանի ամսով գտնվել են ՍՈՍ մանկական գյուղերում, բայց, գիտեք, երեխաների պաշտպանության համակարգում երեխաների ճակատագիրը, խնամքի կենտրոններում իրենց ապրելու իրավունքը տրվում է ծնողի համաձայնությամբ, իսկ երեխայի ծնողը նրանց նորից ետ է տարել տուն, բայց շարունակել են պատկան մարմիններն իրենց հսկողության տակ պահել։ Առայսօր որեւէ հաստատության կողմից չի արձանագրվել, որ երեխաների կյանքին սպառնացող վտանգ կա»,- ասաց մարզպետը։ Բայց երեխաները պատմում են, որ բազմիցս ծեծի են ենթարկվել, սա չի՞ նշանակում, որ դուք, պատկան մարմինները թերացել եք։

Մարզպետն ասաց՝ գործ է հարուցվել, ճիշտ կլինի՝ սպասել քննության ավարտին, որից հետո պարզ կդառնա իրականությունը։ Վստահ ենք, որ քննության արդյունքում կպատժվեն պապն ու մայրը, իսկ համապատասխան ծառայությունները ջրից չոր դուրս կգան»:
