Իմ հրաժարականի հարցը չի քննարկվում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 28-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ըմբռնումով է վերաբերվում իր հրաժարականը պահաջողների պահանջներին ու գործողություններին:

Հարցին, թե տեսնո՞ւմ է թերություններ, որ կարող է իր հրաժարականը պահանջելու պատճառ լիներ, նա պատասխանեց. «Երբ 2018 թվականին քննարկում էր գնում այն մասին, թե ինչ բարեփոխումներ են տեղի ունենալու մեր ոլորտում, ես առիթ եմ ունեցել ասելու, որ ոլորտում շատ ցավոտ եւ ծանր բարեփոխումներ են լինելու, որովհետեւ ակնհայտ էր բոլորիս համար, որ կրթական, այդ թվում մշակույթի եւ սպորտի ոլորտում այն համակարգերը, որոնք գործում են, մեծ դժգոհությունների տեղիք են տալիս եւ այդտեղ պետք է բարեփոխումներ տեղի ունենան: Ասել եմ, որ այդ բարեփոխումները վերաբերելու են շատ մեծ թվով շահառուների խմբի, եւ բնականաբար, լինելու են դժգոհություններ: 

Այն խումբը, որ հիմա դժգոհում է, դժգոհում է շատ կոնկրետ պատճառներով, դրանց մասին իրենց կհարցնեք: Իրենք բովանդակությունից, ըստ էության, մասնավորապես, հանրակրթական  չափորոշիչի եւ ծրագրային չափորոշիչներից գաղափար չունեն կամ ակնհայտ կեղծում են: Եթե ակնհայտ պնդում են, որ Նախնական զինվորական պատրաստություն առարկան դուրս է գալիս, նրանք ստում են, երբ ասում են, որ սեպտեմբերից սեռական դաստիարակություն առարկա է մտնում ծրագրերի մեջ, նրանք ստում են, երբ ասում են, որ բոլոր չափորոշիչներում սեռական դաստիարակության բաղադրիչ է մտած, նրանք ստում են: Երբ ասում են՝ հայկական լեռնաշարահի փոխարեն գրված է Անատոլիա, նրանք ստում են: Այն մարդիկ, որոնք նմերգրավված են այս փողոցային պայքարին, շատ կոնկրետ նրանց շահերին շատ մեծ վնաս է հասցվել, որովհետեւ նրանց գործունեությունը ոլորտում եղել է արատավոր, եւ բնականաբար, պետք է այս աղմուկը բարձրացնեն: Երբ ասում են, որ Խորանացին, Նարեկացին, Սայաթ-Նովան հանում են ծրագրից, ստում են»:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կոչ արեց լրագրողներին ոչ թե տարածել հնչող ապատեղեկատվությունը, այլ խորանալ տեքստերի մեջ եւ ներկայացնել իրականությունը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է դասարաններում րեխաների դիմակ կրելու պահանջին նա ասաց. «Ես լսել եմ ծնողների մտահոգություն, մենք դա քննարկում ենք եւ ըտ էության այն առաջարկությունները, որոնք արվել են, այդտեղ որեւէ նոր բան չկա: Դիմակներ կրելու կարգը փակ սահմաններում սահմանված է մայիսից»:
